To cancel a Uqora subscription, log in at uqora.com and cancel from the Subscriptions section of your account, or email support@uqora.com. Either way, the request has to reach Uqora at least three business days before your next processing date, or you’ll be billed for the next shipment.
Cancel Through Your Uqora Account
Sign in at uqora.com using the email address on your original order. If you checked out as a guest or used a one-time login link and never set a password, use the “Forgot Password” option first.
Once you’re in, open the Subscriptions area of your dashboard. Each active product is listed with its renewal date and shipping frequency. Click the product you want to end, choose the cancel option, and complete the confirmation prompt. If you close the page before confirming, the subscription stays active and the next charge still goes through.
Uqora’s terms only address full cancellation. There doesn’t appear to be a built-in way to pause or skip a single shipment, so a temporary break means canceling now and resubscribing later.1Uqora. Individual Purchaser Terms
Cancel by Emailing Support
If the self-service option gives you trouble, or you want written proof of the request, email support@uqora.com. Support is available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific time. Include your full name, the email on your account, your order number if you have it, and a clear statement that you want to cancel the subscription.
Keep every message you send and receive. That record is what you’ll rely on if a charge shows up later and you need to challenge it.1Uqora. Individual Purchaser Terms
The Three-Business-Day Deadline
This is the part people miss. Uqora requires cancellations at least three business days before your next processing date. Weekends and holidays don’t count, so a Friday cancellation won’t clear a Monday processing date. Your next processing date is shown in the subscription section of your dashboard; count backward from there.1Uqora. Individual Purchaser Terms
One wrinkle: another section of Uqora’s terms references a five-business-day window alongside the three-day figure stated elsewhere. If you have the time, aim for five business days ahead of your billing date to stay on the safe side of either reading.1Uqora. Individual Purchaser Terms
If You Subscribed Through Amazon or Another Retailer
Cancellation through Uqora only works for subscriptions placed on uqora.com. If you set up a recurring order through Amazon Subscribe & Save, CVS, or Walgreens, Uqora doesn’t have your billing information and can’t stop the shipments or refund the charges. You have to cancel with the retailer that’s actually charging you.1Uqora. Individual Purchaser Terms
For Amazon, open “Your Subscribe & Save Items,” go to the Subscriptions tab, select the product, choose “Cancel subscription,” and confirm. The change has to be made before the “Last day to update this order” date on the Subscribe & Save page. After that point the order moves into shipping and has to be handled as a return.2Amazon. Getting a Refund After You Cancel
Canceling stops future shipments, but a recent order may still be refundable. Uqora offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on products bought directly through uqora.com, measured from your first order date. You don’t have to return the product; email support@uqora.com to request the refund.3Uqora. Return Policy
Retailer purchases follow the retailer’s rules. CVS and CVS.com, for example, accept unopened products within 60 days, handled through CVS Customer Care rather than Uqora. Uqora does not refund any third-party purchases.3Uqora. Return Policy
What to Do If You’re Charged After Canceling
If you have a cancellation confirmation but a charge still appears on your statement, start by forwarding the confirmation to Uqora’s support team. Most charges after cancellation trace back to a request that came in inside the three-day window, but errors do happen.
If Uqora doesn’t fix it, dispute the charge with your card issuer. The Fair Credit Billing Act requires issuers to investigate billing errors, including charges for services you’ve already canceled. Put the dispute in writing within 60 days of the statement date showing the charge, and attach your cancellation confirmation. Your issuer cannot report the disputed amount as delinquent while the investigation is open.4Federal Trade Commission. Fair Credit Billing Act
