To cancel a Cymbiotika subscription, log in to your account portal on the Cymbiotika website and end the subscription there, or contact customer support by phone at (855) 983-8888, by email at info@cymbiotika.com, or through the 24/7 live chat on the site. If you paid with PayPal, you can also stop the recurring charge from inside your PayPal account. The portal is the fastest route and takes about two minutes. To avoid being billed for the next shipment, make the change at least one to two business days before your renewal date.
Cancel Through Your Online Account
Go to the Cymbiotika website and sign in. If you never set a password, request a passwordless login link sent to the email you used at checkout. Open your active subscriptions and select the one you want to end.
The portal offers three options: skip an upcoming order, pause the subscription, or cancel. If you’re unsure, skipping or pausing holds off shipments without losing account history. If you’re done, choose cancel and confirm. The status updates immediately in your dashboard.
One catch trips people up. Once an order has been confirmed and assigned an order number, Cymbiotika cannot cancel that specific shipment. The cancellation prevents future renewals only. Wait until the day your order processes and you may be too late for that cycle, even though charges stop after it.
Cancel by Phone, Email, or Live Chat
If the portal gives you trouble or you’d rather talk to someone, customer support handles cancellations through three channels:
- Phone: +1 (855) 983-8888, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time.
- Email: info@cymbiotika.com. Include your name, the email on your account, and a clear statement that you want to cancel.
- Live chat: Available 24/7 on the Cymbiotika website, which makes it the best option outside business hours.
If you email, use a simple subject line like “Cancel My Subscription.” Keep the body short. The point is a written record. Save the confirmation reply. If nothing arrives within 48 hours, follow up by phone or chat rather than waiting and risking another charge.
Cancel Through PayPal
If you set up the subscription with PayPal, you can shut off payments directly in PayPal without contacting Cymbiotika. On the PayPal website, open Settings, then Payments, then Automatic Payments, find Cymbiotika, and cancel the recurring authorization.
In the PayPal mobile app, tap Menu, then Subscriptions or Linked Businesses, find Cymbiotika, tap Account, and select Unlink. Confirm when prompted.
Canceling through PayPal stops the money from moving, but it doesn’t necessarily update your Cymbiotika subscription status. It’s worth also canceling through Cymbiotika’s portal or support so your account record is clean if you ever come back.
Timing Your Cancellation
Cymbiotika subscriptions renew every 30 days. The company sends a reminder before each order processes, which gives you a window to act. Cancel at least one to two business days before the next scheduled renewal to be safe. That buffer covers processing time and makes sure the cancellation lands before a new order generates.
If you don’t know when your next order ships, log in and check the renewal date listed under your active subscription. That date is your deadline. Miss it by a few hours and the order locks in, at which point you’re dealing with the refund process rather than a clean cancellation.
What to Do If Charges Continue
Charges sometimes keep appearing after you believe you’ve canceled. Usually that means the cancellation didn’t process before the renewal cutoff or something glitched. Start by contacting Cymbiotika support with proof: a confirmation email, a screenshot of the updated account status, or the email you sent.
If that doesn’t resolve it, federal law gives you two backstops. The Electronic Fund Transfer Act lets you stop preauthorized electronic payments from your bank account by notifying your bank at least three business days before the scheduled transfer date. The bank must honor that stop-payment order. If you give the notice orally, the bank can require written confirmation within 14 days.
For credit card charges, the Fair Credit Billing Act lets you dispute billing errors in writing within 60 days of receiving the statement containing the charge. Send the dispute to the address your card issuer designates for billing inquiries, not the general payment address. Include your name, account number, the amount in question, and why you believe it’s an error. The issuer must acknowledge the dispute within 30 days and resolve it within two billing cycles. The Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act also requires online sellers to provide a simple cancellation mechanism; complaints about companies that bury cancellation go to the FTC at ftc.gov.
Refunds After You Cancel
Cymbiotika offers a 60-day money-back guarantee, but the fine print is narrow. It applies only to your first Cymbiotika product, limited to one product per customer and per shipping address. You don’t need to return the product.
If you bought a bundle, only one item from that order qualifies. Orders placed through Amazon or other retailers aren’t eligible. The guarantee explicitly does not cover subscription cancellations or returns of subsequent orders, so if you’ve been subscribed for months and cancel, prior shipments aren’t refundable under this policy.
To request a refund on an eligible first purchase, email info@cymbiotika.com. Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically take five to seven business days. If that payment method is no longer active, the refund is forfeited.
What Canceling Does to Arise Rewards
If you’re enrolled in Cymbiotika’s Arise loyalty program, canceling your subscription automatically ends your membership. You lose your current tier status and forfeit accumulated rewards. If you’re close to redeeming something, use it before you cancel. Pausing instead of canceling preserves your loyalty status for up to 90 days; you can pause from the account portal by pushing back the next order date, or by writing to ariserewards@cymbiotika.com.
