To cancel a FanPlace subscription, open Account Settings on the FanPlace website, go to Subscriptions, and click Cancel Subscription next to the creator you no longer want to pay for. If you originally signed up through Apple, Google Play, or PayPal, the website won’t stop the charges — you have to cancel through that platform instead. Either way, you keep access to the content through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.
First, Figure Out Who’s Actually Billing You
Before you click anything, check how you signed up. FanPlace can only cancel subscriptions that were paid directly on its website. If the money is flowing through Apple’s App Store, Google Play, or PayPal, those platforms hold the payment authorization, and FanPlace’s own settings page can’t touch it.
If you’re not sure, look at your bank or card statement for the merchant name on the charge, or check Account Settings on FanPlace under Payment History. Each entry shows the date, amount, and creator tied to the charge.1Fanplace. Understanding Your Charges Subscription prices vary because each creator sets their own.2Fanplace. Subscribing to a Creator
Also note your next renewal date. Subscriptions renew on the same calendar date each month, and FanPlace emails a reminder before each one.2Fanplace. Subscribing to a Creator Cancel before that date and you won’t be charged again. Miss it and you’ve paid for another month, with no partial refund.
Cancel on the FanPlace Website
If you paid directly through FanPlace, the whole process takes about two minutes:
- Go to Account Settings.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Once you confirm, the status changes to “Cancelled,” which means it won’t renew but you still have access until the current billing period ends.3Fanplace. Cancelling a Subscription Save the confirmation email or screenshot the confirmation screen. If a charge shows up later and you need to dispute it, that timestamp is your proof.
Cancel Through Apple, Google Play, or PayPal
If one of these platforms is billing you, the FanPlace site is a dead end. Go to the source.

What Happens to Access and Money
Your content doesn’t vanish the second you cancel. The subscription is marked “Cancelled” but stays active until the paid period runs out.7Fanplace. Managing Your Subscriptions – Section: Active vs. Expired Subscriptions After that, you lose access to the paid content, but your FanPlace account stays alive as a free profile with the same username, so you can resubscribe later without starting over.
There are no partial refunds for mid-month cancellations.3Fanplace. Cancelling a Subscription You paid for the full month, so you may as well use what’s left. Canceling on day 2 or day 28 of the cycle costs the same.
Don’t File a Chargeback With Your Bank
This part catches people off guard. FanPlace treats purchases as final and non-refundable in general, but it will review refund requests for three specific issues: duplicate charges, technical problems that blocked your access, and unauthorized charges by someone else using your payment method. Requests go through support.fanplace.com. Approved refunds take 5 to 10 business days to post.8Fanplace. Refunds and Disputes
If you skip support and dispute a legitimate charge directly with your bank or card issuer, FanPlace will permanently ban your account.8Fanplace. Refunds and Disputes Not a suspension. A permanent ban. Always go through FanPlace support first, even if it feels slower. Tips to creators are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Canceling vs. Deleting Your Account
Canceling a subscription just stops the billing. Your FanPlace profile is still there. If you want the account itself gone — profile, purchase history, personal data — that’s a separate request. Cancel any active subscriptions first, then contact support at support.fanplace.com. You’ll have to verify your identity, and full deletion is typically processed within 30 days. It’s irreversible. Support can also deactivate the account temporarily if you’re not sure.9Fanplace. Deleting Your Account
If You Can’t Log In
Losing access doesn’t mean you’re stuck paying. Try the password reset tied to your registered email first. If that fails, use the contact form at support.fanplace.com and explain that you need to cancel but can’t log in.10Fanplace. Fanplace Support Support can handle the cancellation on their end.
And remember: if Apple, Google Play, or PayPal is billing you, you don’t need your FanPlace login at all. Cancel at the payment platform and the charges stop regardless of what’s happening with your FanPlace account.
