To cancel your JobHire AI subscription, log in at jobhire.ai and use the cancellation option in your account settings, or email support@jobhire.ai with a clear cancellation request. If you originally signed up through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you have to cancel through that store instead. Access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and no new charge should hit after that.
Cancel From Your Account Dashboard
Sign in at jobhire.ai with the email and password you used to subscribe. Open your account settings and find the subscription management or cancellation option. JobHire AI’s terms state you can cancel at any time through your account settings, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of your current billing period.1JobHire.AI. Expect confirmation screens along the way, and some may offer a discount or retention deal to keep you subscribed. You don’t have to accept any of them. Click through until you reach the final confirmation page, then screenshot it. That screenshot is your proof if a billing question comes up later.
Cancel by Email
If the dashboard route isn’t working, email support@jobhire.ai. JobHire AI’s refund policy lists this address as an official channel for subscription and refund requests.2JobHire.AI. Refund Policy
Give the support team enough to find your account on the first try:
- A subject line like “Cancellation Request” with your account email
- The email address you registered with
- Your plan (Starter, Pro, or Pro+) and when the current period ends
- A clear line stating that you are canceling your subscription and revoking authorization for future charges
Send it before your next billing date. Timing matters most on the Starter plan, which bills monthly; the three- and six-month plans are already prepaid for a longer stretch. Keep the sent email and any reply from support.
If You Subscribed Through an App Store
Canceling through jobhire.ai or by email will not stop charges that run through Apple or Google. If you signed up on an iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Android device through the app store, that store processes the billing, and you have to cancel there.
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, find JobHire AI, and tap Cancel Subscription. On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name, open Account Settings, scroll to Subscriptions, and cancel from there.3Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
On Android, open the Google Play app, go to your subscriptions, select JobHire AI, and tap Cancel Subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription, which is where a lot of people get caught. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.4Google Play Help. What Happens After You Cancel
Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period, and you can keep using the service until that date.1JobHire.AI. Terms of Use – JobHire.AI Job Search Platform After that, your rights to use the software end.
Watch your bank or credit card statement for the next billing cycle after your paid period ends. No new charge means you’re clear. If a charge does appear, there is a dispute path below.
If Charges Keep Coming
Contact JobHire AI support first. The terms warn that if you go straight to your bank for a chargeback without contacting them, they may suspend your account during the dispute and attempt to recover chargeback fees imposed by payment processors.1JobHire.AI. If support doesn’t resolve it, your next step depends on how you paid.
For credit card charges, federal law gives you 60 days from the date the statement containing the error was sent to submit a written billing dispute to your card issuer. Your notice must identify you, the amount you believe is wrong, and why you think it’s an error. The card issuer has 30 days to acknowledge the dispute and must resolve it within two billing cycles.5Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors
For debit card or bank account charges, you can place a stop-payment order on future preauthorized transfers by notifying your bank at least three business days before the next scheduled charge. You can do this by phone or in writing. If you call, the bank may require written confirmation within 14 days; without that follow-up, the oral stop-payment order expires after those 14 days.6Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1693e – Preauthorized Transfers Stop-payment fees usually run from $15 to $50 depending on the bank.
Whichever route you take, your cancellation confirmation email or screenshot is the piece of evidence that matters. Banks and card issuers want to see that you actually canceled before they’ll decide a dispute in your favor.
Getting a Refund for Past Charges
Canceling stops future charges. It doesn’t automatically return money for time you’ve already paid for. JobHire AI handles refunds separately: submit the request through your account on the website or by email to support@jobhire.ai, and be ready to provide documentation if support asks.2JobHire.AI. Refund Policy
JobHire AI does not offer a free trial, so there’s no trial window to protect. If you’re on the Pro plan at $119 for three months or the Pro+ plan at $199 for six months and you cancel partway through, a partial refund is at the company’s discretion. The terms don’t guarantee prorating, so make your case clearly when you contact support and keep your expectations grounded in that.
