How to Cancel a Keiki Subscription and Get a Refund

To cancel a Keiki subscription, go to the platform that billed you: the Apple App Store on iPhone or iPad, Google Play on Android, or Keiki directly if you signed up on the website. Cancel at least 24 hours before your current billing period or free trial ends, or the next charge will go through.1Keiki. Terms and Conditions of Use The steps take about two minutes once you know where to look.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

If you subscribed through the App Store, Apple controls the billing. Cancellation happens in your device settings, not inside the Keiki app.

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Tap your name at the top of the screen.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Find and tap Keiki.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

If there is no Cancel button and you see an expiration message in red text instead, the subscription is already canceled.2Apple. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple You keep access to Keiki through the end of the period you already paid for. Apple does not issue an automatic partial refund for the unused days.

Cancel on Android

Android subscriptions run through Google Play’s billing, so you cancel inside the Play Store rather than in the app.

  • Open the Google Play Store app.
  • Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner.
  • Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  • Select Keiki from the list.
  • Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Once you confirm, you will not be charged on the next renewal date, and you can keep using Keiki until the current paid period expires.3Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

Cancel a Subscription Bought on the Keiki Website

If you signed up on keiki.app rather than through an app store, neither Apple nor Google can help. Keiki’s terms require you to email support@keiki.app at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period or free trial.1Keiki. Terms and Conditions of Use Include the email on the account, the plan you are on, and a clear statement that you want to cancel.

Which One Did I Use to Sign Up

Not sure? Search your email for the original purchase receipt. If it came from Apple or Google, use the app store steps above. If it came from Keiki, email support. You can also check the merchant name on the recurring charge on your credit card or bank statement.

Cancel Before the Free Trial Ends

Keiki’s free trial converts automatically into a paid subscription when it expires. To avoid the charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial’s end date.1Keiki. Terms and Conditions of Use Canceling early does not shorten the trial; you keep access through the remaining trial days either way. Setting a calendar reminder on the day you sign up is the simplest safeguard.

Deleting the App Does Not Cancel Billing

Removing Keiki from your phone does nothing to stop the charges. App store subscriptions live in your Apple or Google account, not in the app. You can delete Keiki, reset the phone, or switch devices, and the billing continues until you formally cancel through the steps above.2Apple. Confirm the Cancellation Went Through

After canceling, open your subscription settings again. A canceled subscription shows an expiration date rather than a next renewal date. On Apple devices, look for a red “expired” or “expires on” label.2Apple. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple On Google Play, the status shows the date access ends rather than the next billing date.3Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play Save the confirmation email. If a charge appears after that date, that email is your strongest evidence in a billing dispute.

Refund if You Were Already Charged

If a charge landed after the cancellation deadline, request a refund from whichever platform processed the payment. Approval is not guaranteed.

Apple

Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose “Request a refund,” pick a reason, and select the Keiki charge from your purchase history. Apple typically responds within 24 to 48 hours.4Apple. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple If the charge is still pending and does not appear, wait for the email receipt and try again.

Google Play

At play.google.com, click your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & order history. Click “Report a problem” next to the Keiki charge, describe the situation, and submit. Google usually decides within one to four business days.5Google Play Help. Website Purchase

For subscriptions bought on keiki.app, email support@keiki.app. Keiki’s refund policy sits in Section 6 of its terms of service. If the company declines and you believe the charge was unauthorized, you can also file a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer.
