To cancel a Larine subscription, email the company’s support team at info@buylarine.com and, depending on how you signed up, also cancel through your Larine account, Apple, Google Play, or PayPal. The right path is the one that matches where your payment originates, because that’s the channel that actually stops the next charge. Save written confirmation either way.
Email Larine Support
Larine’s customer support address is info@buylarine.com, and the company advertises 24/7 support with response times between one and six hours.1Larine. Support | Help Center for Your Inquiries In your message, include your full name, the email address on the account, and a clear statement that you want to cancel your subscription and stop all future charges. Ask for written confirmation.
Keep the sent email and any reply. That record is your proof if a charge appears later. No response in a day or two? Send a follow-up and move to whichever of the methods below matches your signup.
Cancel in Your Larine Account
If you subscribed directly on Larine’s website, log in and look for a section labeled “Subscriptions,” “Orders,” or “Manage Account.” Select the active subscription and follow the prompts to turn off auto-renewal or cancel outright. Note your next billing date before you click, so a charge in progress doesn’t surprise you.
Once the cancellation goes through, take a screenshot of the confirmation screen. That screenshot plus any confirmation email gives you a solid paper trail.
Cancel Through Apple
Subscriptions purchased on an iPhone or iPad are billed by Apple, not Larine, so you have to cancel in iOS. Open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple Find Larine, tap it, and select the cancel option. You keep access through the rest of the current billing period, and Apple won’t charge you for the next cycle.
Cancel Through Google Play
If you signed up on Android through Google Play, open your device’s Settings app, tap Google, tap your name, and select Manage your Google Account. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Manage subscriptions.3Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play Tap Larine, then Cancel subscription.
Uninstalling the app does nothing to the billing. Google will keep charging you on schedule until you cancel through the subscription screen. After you cancel, access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.
Cancel Through PayPal
When Larine bills through PayPal, you can shut off future payments from your PayPal account. On the website, go to Settings, click Payments, then Automatic Payments. Find Larine and cancel the agreement.4PayPal. What Is an Automatic Payment and How Do I Update or Cancel One In the app, tap the menu icon, tap Subscriptions, find the merchant, and select Stop Paying with PayPal.
Canceling in PayPal stops the payment pipeline. It’s still worth emailing Larine so there’s no confusion about your account status or shipments already in motion.
After You Cancel
Watch your inbox for an automated confirmation. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, log back in and look for a status change to “Canceled” or “Inactive.” If the dashboard still shows the subscription as active, email support again and attach your original cancellation request.
Then watch your bank or credit card statements for at least one full billing cycle. Subscription charges sometimes process a day or two before the official billing date, so a final charge that overlaps with your cancellation isn’t automatically an error. A charge after your confirmed cancellation date is a different matter.
