How to Cancel a Lululemon Mirror Subscription: Apple, Google, and Phone

To cancel a Lululemon Mirror subscription, first find out who’s actually charging you — Lululemon, Apple, or Google — and then cancel through that specific channel. Canceling in the Lululemon app won’t stop Apple or Google charges, and vice versa. Get the billing source right and the rest is a few taps.

Check Who’s Billing You

Pull up your credit card or bank statement and look at the charge. If it reads “Lululemon Studio” or similar, the company bills you directly. If it shows up as an Apple or Google charge, you subscribed through an app store and need to cancel there.

You can double-check inside the app. Log in with the email and password you used to create your account, tap the Profile icon, and open the Studio tab. The membership settings should show whether Lululemon manages the billing or whether a third-party platform handles it. Canceling in the wrong place does nothing to the actual charge, so this step matters.

Cancel Directly Through Lululemon

If Lululemon bills you, open the Lululemon Studio app or sign in on the web. Tap the Profile icon, choose the Studio tab, and select Manage Membership, then Cancel Membership. The system runs you through confirmation screens; click through until you reach the final one.

Lululemon should email a cancellation confirmation to the address on file. Save it. Back in the app, the membership tab should now show an “Expiring” label, which means auto-renewal is off. You keep access through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for; after that, the account goes inactive.

Cancel Through Apple

If you subscribed through the App Store, Lululemon can’t stop the charges. Cancel with Apple directly. On an iPhone, open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Lululemon Studio and tap Cancel Subscription.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription from Apple If there’s no cancel button and you see an expiration message in red, the subscription is already canceled.

On a Mac, manage subscriptions through the App Store app under your account settings. Same idea: find the subscription, click cancel, confirm. Access continues until the current billing period ends.

Cancel Through Google Play

Android subscribers who signed up through Google Play have to cancel there, not in the Lululemon app. Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon in the upper-right, and go to Payments & subscriptions. Choose Subscriptions, find Lululemon Studio, and tap Cancel subscription. Confirm through the prompts. Google recommends canceling at least 48 hours before your renewal date so you’re not charged for the next cycle.

One thing to watch: deleting the Lululemon Studio app from your phone does not cancel the subscription. The billing agreement lives with Google, not with the app. If you only delete the app, the charges keep coming.

Call Lululemon If the App Won’t Cooperate

If the app or website isn’t working, or you’re not sure whether the cancellation went through, call Lululemon support at 1-877-263-9300. A representative can look up the account and process the cancellation with you on the line.

Phone is also the route for asking about a refund. Lululemon’s published terms don’t spell out a clear proration or refund policy for mid-cycle cancellations, and outcomes can vary by subscription type and account history. There’s no guarantee, but it’s worth asking, particularly if you didn’t realize the original content library had been discontinued.

What You Lose When the Subscription Ends

Once cancellation takes effect, the Mirror device loses access to all workout content, including the Peloton classes offered through Lululemon’s partnership. Interactive features such as real-time performance feedback and leaderboards also stop working. There’s no free or limited-access tier for former subscribers, and the hardware has no standalone workout functionality. Factor that in before you cancel.

If Charges Keep Coming After You Cancel

Sometimes a cancellation doesn’t register, or a billing cycle processes before the system updates. Check your confirmation email and the membership status in the app. If it still shows active, try canceling again or call Lululemon.

If the company doesn’t resolve it, contact your credit card issuer and dispute the charge. Card networks have specific dispute categories for recurring charges that continued after cancellation. Your saved confirmation email is the evidence you’ll want. The issuer can also block future charges from the merchant while the dispute is investigated.

The FTC’s click-to-cancel rule backs you up. Companies must make canceling as simple as signing up and must stop charges once you cancel.2Federal Trade Commission.
