To cancel a Pinter subscription, log in to your account, open “Your Delivery Plan,” and select “Cancel Delivery Plan” before 11:59 PM the day before your next billing date.1Pinter. Can I Manage/Cancel My Subscription? If you received your machine free as part of a delivery plan promotion and haven’t completed the minimum number of deliveries, you’ll owe a deferred hardware fee of up to $199 in the US or £99 in the UK for a single machine, with the amount dropping after each delivery you’ve already received.2Pinter. Cancel From Your Account Dashboard
The online dashboard is the fastest route. Sign in at pinter.com/account (US) or your Pinter account page (UK) with the email tied to your subscription. Open the “Your Delivery Plan” tab from the account overview, scroll to the bottom, and click “Cancel Delivery Plan.” The system will show retention offers before letting you finish; click through to the final confirmation.
You should see an on-screen notice and get a confirmation email. Save both. Without that written confirmation, the cancellation isn’t final.1Pinter. Can I Manage/Cancel My Subscription?
Watch the Billing Cutoff
Any change to your subscription, cancellation included, has to be submitted before 11:59 PM the day before your next billing date. Miss that window and the next order processes automatically. Once it’s dispatched, it generally cannot be reversed.3Pinter. Pinter UK Ltd Terms of Service Your upcoming billing date is listed in the account overview, so check it before you assume there’s still time.
What You Owe if You Got the Machine Free
This is where most cancellations get expensive. Free hardware came with a minimum-delivery commitment. Cancel early and Pinter charges a deferred (or “amortised”) fee to settle the equipment’s remaining value. Each successful delivery you’ve already received reduces the balance.
US maximums:
- Free Pinter (one machine): up to $199
- Free Pinter + Co-Pinter (two units): up to $348
UK maximums:
- Free Pinter (Fresh Brewer Plan): up to £99, with a minimum of 2 packs plus 6 subsequent orders
- Free Pinter + Co-Pinter (Master Brewer Plan): up to £168, with a minimum of 2 packs plus 12 subsequent orders
Paying the charge settles the promotional commitment and stops future deliveries.2Pinter. Refund Policy3Pinter. Pinter UK Ltd Terms of Service
If you bought your Pinter hardware outright and subscribe on a pay-as-you-go basis, no early termination fee applies. You can cancel anytime.
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you’re still inside your first 30 days as a delivery plan subscriber, you have a clean exit. Pinter offers a full refund when you return the machine and any unopened packs in their original packaging. You get an additional 14 days after contacting support to actually ship the return.4Pinter. Information About Our Refunds and Returns Policy
Within this window, Pinter waives the deferred hardware fee as long as the equipment comes back in working condition and original packaging. After 30 days, that option closes and the amortized charge applies instead.
Pause Instead of Cancel
Pausing avoids the hardware charge entirely. Pinter lets you pause a subscription for up to three months, after which it automatically resumes.5Pinter. Subscription You can also stretch your delivery interval or change which products you receive from the account overview. If the problem is that too much beer is arriving too fast, adjusting frequency solves it without triggering a promotional payoff.
If the Dashboard Won’t Work
US subscribers who can’t cancel online can submit a request through the contact form at support.pinter.com. Include your full name, the email on the account, and any order or subscription reference numbers so the team can find you quickly.6Pinter. Pinter Support
UK subscribers can call the Customer Care Team at 0116 326 27 68, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Phone tends to be faster than written requests when you’re up against a billing date.
Whichever route you take, the cancellation isn’t final until Pinter sends written confirmation that future charges have been stopped. If nothing arrives within a few business days, follow up. Keep copies of every message.
If You Signed Up Through Apple, Google, or PayPal
If a third-party platform handles your billing, canceling on Pinter’s site alone won’t stop the charges. You have to cancel where the billing lives.
On Google Play, open the app, go to subscriptions, select Pinter, and tap “Cancel subscription.” Uninstalling the app does not cancel anything.7Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play
On Apple, go to Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, find Pinter, and select Cancel. If it isn’t listed there, Pinter is billing you directly; check your bank statement to confirm.8Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
On PayPal, sign in and go to Settings, then Payments, then “Automatic Payments” or “Subscriptions and saved businesses.” Select Pinter and cancel the automatic payment.9PayPal. What Is an Automatic Payment and How Do I Update or Cancel One?
Cutting off payment at the platform stops future charges but does not formally close your Pinter account. Cancel through Pinter directly as well, especially if promotional hardware fees are in play.

If Pinter Keeps Charging You After You Cancel
UK subscribers who ordered online, by phone, or by mail also have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, starting the day after the first delivery arrives. During that time you can cancel for any reason and get a full refund.10legislation.gov.uk. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 This right exists alongside Pinter’s own 30-day guarantee.
In the US, the Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act requires any company using online automatic renewal billing to disclose terms clearly, obtain express informed consent, and provide a simple way to stop recurring charges.11Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 8403 – Negative Option Marketing on the Internet Making cancellation unreasonably difficult may violate federal law, and many states impose additional requirements.
If you’ve followed the cancellation steps and charges keep appearing, dispute them with your bank or card issuer and provide your cancellation confirmation as evidence. Attempt cancellation through proper channels first: banks may side with the merchant on a chargeback if you never used the available process.
