To cancel a Polybuzz subscription, go to whichever platform processed your original payment: Apple’s App Store for iPhone or iPad sign-ups, Google Play for Android, or the Polybuzz website if you paid there directly with a card. Deleting the app from your phone does not stop the charges. The steps take about two minutes once you know where to look.
Find Out Who’s Actually Billing You
Before you can cancel, you need to know who’s collecting the money. Pull up your bank or credit card statement and look at the charge description. “Apple Bill” or “apple.com/bill” means the subscription runs through Apple. A charge from “Google” or “Proxima Beta” means Google Play. If you see “Polybuzz” directly, you subscribed through the website.
You can also check inside the app. Open Polybuzz, go to your profile or settings, and look at your current plan. The membership page should show which payment method is on file and when the next billing date falls. Polybuzz currently offers a monthly plan at roughly €9.90 or an annual plan at around €99, though pricing shifts between regions and promotions.1Polybuzz. AI Chatbot Membership
Cancel on iPhone or iPad
If Apple processed your payment, the cancellation happens in your device settings. Polybuzz cannot cancel it for you, because Apple controls the billing relationship.
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find and tap your Polybuzz subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
If there’s no cancel button and you see an expiration message in red text instead, the subscription has already been canceled.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple You’ll keep access to premium features until the end of the period you already paid for.
Cancel on Android Through Google Play
Android subscriptions live in Google Play, not inside the Polybuzz app.
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right.
- Tap Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Find Polybuzz and tap it.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the confirmation prompts.
Complete the cancellation before your next renewal date. If the renewal processes first, you’ll be charged for another cycle and will need to request a refund separately.
Cancel a Website Subscription
If you signed up directly at polybuzz.ai with a credit or debit card, log into your account on the website, open your account settings or billing area, and use the option to manage or cancel your plan. Follow every confirmation step until you see on-screen confirmation that the subscription has stopped.
For billing issues on website purchases, Polybuzz directs users to their Discord support channel rather than a traditional email address.3Polybuzz. Polybuzz FAQ Hub If the account dashboard hits a dead end, Discord is currently the primary way to get help.
Deleting the App Doesn’t Cancel Anything
This is the most common and expensive mistake. Removing the Polybuzz app from your phone does nothing to your billing. The subscription is a contract between you and Apple, Google, or Polybuzz’s payment processor. The app is just the software that lets you use the service. Delete it and forget it exists, and the charges will keep hitting your card every month.
Deleting your Polybuzz account is also not the same as canceling. If you want to do both, cancel the subscription first through your app store or the website, then delete the account. The wrong order can leave you locked out while charges continue.
What Happens After You Cancel
Once the cancellation goes through, you should receive a confirmation email from Apple, Google, or Polybuzz depending on which platform handled billing. Save it. If a charge shows up later, that email is your proof.
You won’t lose access immediately. Subscriptions stay active through the end of the billing period you already paid for. Cancel on day five of a monthly cycle and you’ll keep premium features for the rest of that month. After the paid period ends, your account reverts to whatever free features Polybuzz offers. Go back to your subscription settings and confirm that auto-renewal shows as off.
Getting a Refund
Polybuzz’s terms of use state that users are not entitled to a refund for a completed purchase without due reason.4PolyBuzz. Terms of Use That language gives them broad discretion to deny refund requests, so don’t count on getting money back for unused time after a mid-cycle cancellation.
If you subscribed through Apple, you can request a refund directly from Apple regardless of Polybuzz’s own policy. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose “Request a refund,” select your reason, and pick the Polybuzz charge from your purchase history.5Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple Apple makes its own decision and sometimes grants refunds even when the developer wouldn’t. Google Play has a similar process for Android purchases, though for subscriptions Google often directs you to contact the app developer first.
If Charges Keep Coming After You Cancel
Check first whether the charge is just the final paid cycle completing. If it came after your paid period should have ended, you have options.
Start by contacting Polybuzz through their Discord support channel with your cancellation confirmation in hand. If that goes nowhere, federal law lets you stop preauthorized electronic transfers. Under Regulation E, you can order your bank to block future charges from a specific merchant by notifying the bank at least three business days before the next scheduled payment. The bank may ask you to confirm the stop-payment order in writing within 14 days.6Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. 12 CFR 1005.10 – Preauthorized Transfers Banks typically charge between $20 and $35 for a stop-payment order, so weigh the fee against the subscription amount.
If the charge went to a credit card rather than a debit card, you can also file a billing dispute with your card issuer. Credit card disputes tend to be more consumer-friendly than debit card disputes, and your card company can issue a temporary credit while investigating.
Your Legal Right to Cancel Easily
The Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act requires any business selling through a negative option feature online to provide a simple way to stop recurring charges.7Congress.gov. Public Law 111-345 – Restore Online Shoppers Confidence Act The FTC’s updated Negative Option Rule goes further: the cancellation process must be at least as easy as the sign-up process. If you subscribed online, the company must let you cancel online. It cannot force you to call a phone number or chat with an agent if you signed up through a website or app.8eCFR. 16 CFR 425.6 – Simple Cancellation (Click to Cancel)
If a service buries the cancel button or forces you through hoops that weren’t part of signing up, that may violate these rules. You can file a complaint with the FTC at ftc.gov/complaint.
