Check Who Is Actually Billing You
Before you do anything else, pull up your bank or credit card statement and look at the charge. If it reads as a direct charge from Sorelle, use the portal or email method. If it shows up as a purchase through the App Store or Google Play, you cancel through that platform, because Sorelle cannot stop a charge it isn’t processing.
