How to Cancel a Tebex Subscription: Portal, PayPal, and Disputes

To cancel a Tebex subscription, go to checkout.tebex.io/payment-history, enter your transaction ID and the email address you used at purchase, and confirm the cancellation. The subscription status changes to “Ending,” your perks stay active until the current billing cycle finishes, and no further charges are authorized. If you can’t get into the portal, you can stop payments through PayPal or Google Pay, or dispute charges with your bank or card issuer.

Find Your Transaction ID First

Every Tebex purchase has a unique transaction ID beginning with tbx-.1GitHub. TebexCheckout-OpenAPI – checkout-api.yaml It appears in the confirmation email Tebex sent when you first subscribed and on your bank or card statement next to the charge.

If the receipt email is gone, search your inbox for “Tebex” or “tbx” to pull up any past messages. Your bank’s transaction history will also show the reference alongside the charge description. Note both the transaction ID and the exact email address tied to the purchase. You need both to look up the subscription.

This is handy when you can’t remember which email address you used, because the link is already tied to the record. If the link has expired, go back to the payment history portal.
