To cancel a TurboLearn AI subscription, go back to wherever you signed up and cancel there: the turbo.ai billing portal if you subscribed on the website, your Subscriptions settings if you subscribed through an iPhone or iPad, or the Google Play Store app if you subscribed on Android. Canceling in the wrong place is the single most common reason people keep getting charged, because the app developer doesn’t control billing when Apple or Google processed the purchase.
Not sure which one you used? Check your email for the original purchase receipt. It will name the biller.
Cancel on the TurboLearn AI Website
If you signed up directly at turbo.ai, the subscription lives in your account’s billing portal.
- Log in at turbo.ai and open your settings page.
- Open the billing portal from within settings. Your current plan and renewal date should be visible.
- Click the cancel option and confirm.

Cancel Through the Apple App Store
If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, Apple handles the billing. Canceling inside the TurboLearn AI app won’t do anything. Go through your device settings instead:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find TurboLearn AI and tap it.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Cancel Through Google Play
Android users who subscribed through Google Play have to cancel in the Play Store app. Deleting the app from your phone does not cancel the subscription, and charges will keep hitting your payment method until you cancel explicitly.3Google Play Help. - Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select TurboLearn AI from the list.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

What Happens After You Cancel
Cancellation doesn’t shut you out right away. You keep premium features until the end of the billing cycle you already paid for, and then the account drops to TurboLearn AI’s free Starter tier rather than being deleted.1Turbo AI. Turbo AI Terms of Service Check your settings or your last receipt for the exact end date.
One thing to handle before that date: your saved materials. The Terms of Service don’t set a specific retention timeline for flashcards and summaries after cancellation, and canceling your subscription is a different action from deleting your account. If anything in there matters to you, export or screenshot it while you still have premium access.
Can You Get a Refund?
TurboLearn AI’s Terms of Service state that “all sales are final” and that refunds are only issued for a “verified technical malfunction that prevents access to the service.”1Turbo AI. Cancel on day two of the month and you keep access through the month, but you don’t get the other 28 days back in cash.
If you were billed through Apple or Google, those platforms run their own refund processes independent of TurboLearn AI’s policy. Apple takes refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com and decides case by case.4Apple Support. Learn About Google Play Refund Policies Neither one guarantees approval, but if you were charged unexpectedly or the service didn’t work, it’s worth asking.
If You Can’t Find the Cancel Option
No cancel button in your account settings almost always means your subscription is billed through Apple or Google, not the website. Pull up the original purchase email, see who charged you, and cancel through that platform.
