How to Cancel a Virtual Combine Subscription: Refunds and Disputed Charges

To cancel a Virtual Combine subscription, use the same channel you signed up through: the Virtual Combine website, the Apple App Store, or Google Play. Cancellation takes effect immediately under Virtual Combine’s license agreement, but you need to act before your annual renewal date, or you’ll be billed for another full year.1Virtual Combine. Cancel on the Virtual Combine Website

If you signed up at virtualcombine.com, log in and open your account settings. Find the billing or subscription tab and select the cancel option. You should see a confirmation on screen. Screenshot it before you navigate away. Billing disputes with Virtual Combine can drag on, and timestamped proof makes everything simpler if a charge shows up later.

The license agreement also allows written cancellation notice by email, certified mail, or fax. If the dashboard isn’t cooperating, email support@virtualcombine.com and request cancellation in writing.2Virtual Combine. Privacy Policy Virtual Combine doesn’t publish a phone number, so email is your backup.

Cancel on an iPhone or iPad

If you subscribed through the App Store, Virtual Combine can’t cancel for you. Apple controls the billing.

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Tap your name at the top.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Tap Virtual Combine.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription.

If there’s no Cancel button and you see an expiration message in red, the subscription is already canceled.3Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple You keep access to any premium features through the end of your current billing period.

Cancel on Android

Android subscribers go through Google Play, not the Virtual Combine app.

  • Open the Google Play app.
  • Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  • Select Virtual Combine.
  • Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Once canceled, the subscription won’t auto-renew, and you can keep using the service until the next renewal date.4Google. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

Getting a Refund

Virtual Combine’s license agreement doesn’t lay out a detailed refund policy, so your path depends on how you were billed.

Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, select Request a refund, choose a reason, then pick the Virtual Combine charge. You can’t file while the charge is still pending, so wait for the email receipt. Apple decides refunds case by case.5Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple

Google Play. At play.google.com, click your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & order history. Find the Virtual Combine charge, click Report a problem, and submit the refund request. Google usually responds within one to four business days.6Google Play Help. Request a Refund on Google Play

Website subscription. Email support@virtualcombine.com. State the charge date, the amount, and why you want a refund. Consumer complaints suggest the company has been reluctant to refund annual renewals, so move quickly once you spot the charge.

If You’re Charged After Canceling

You canceled, you have proof, and another charge posts anyway. Your next move depends on your payment method.

Debit Card or Bank Account

Federal law gives you the right to stop any preauthorized electronic transfer. Contact your bank at least three business days before the next scheduled charge and request a stop payment. If you make the request orally, the bank can require written confirmation within 14 days; miss that, and the stop-payment order expires.7eCFR. 12 CFR 1005.10 – Preauthorized Transfers Follow up in writing through your bank’s secure portal to lock it in.

Credit Card

Call your card issuer and dispute the charge. The Fair Credit Billing Act covers billing errors, including charges for services you’ve canceled. Most issuers let you file disputes online, by phone, or in writing. Act promptly, because dispute windows are limited.

The FTC Click-to-Cancel Rule

The FTC finalized its click-to-cancel rule in late 2024. It requires subscription sellers to make canceling as easy as signing up.8Federal Trade Commission. Federal Trade Commission Announces Final Click-to-Cancel Rule Making It Easier for Consumers to End Recurring Subscriptions If you signed up online in a few clicks, you should be able to cancel online in a few clicks, without being pushed to a phone line or extra steps that weren’t part of signup.

If a company makes cancellation unreasonably difficult or keeps billing after a clear request to stop, file a complaint at ftc.gov/complaint. The complaint alone won’t recover your money. For that, use the stop-payment and chargeback tools above.
