You can cancel a Waggle subscription two ways: turn off auto-renewal inside the Waggle app, or email support@mywaggle.com and ask the team to cancel for you. Either way, your monitoring stays on until the current billing period ends. Whether you get any money back depends on which plan you’re on and how close you are to the activation or renewal date.1Waggle. Pet Monitor Network Plan
Canceling in the App
Open the Waggle app, go into your account or subscription settings, and switch off auto-renewal. Waggle’s FAQ confirms you can cancel through the app at any time.2Waggle. Common Waggle FAQs The plan then runs out at the end of the period you already paid for, and no new charge posts.
One exception: if you bought a device-and-plan bundle, the app won’t let you cancel the subscription piece. Bundle customers have to go through support by email.1Waggle. Pet Monitor Network Plan
Canceling by Email
Send your cancellation request to support@mywaggle.com.3Waggle. Pet Monitor Network Plan Include the email tied to your account so support can pull up your billing profile, and add your device’s identification code. You’ll find that code on the QR sticker on the back of the monitor, or in the product registration details inside the app.4Waggle. Waggle Pet Monitor User Guide
Say which plan you’re on (monthly, half-yearly, annual, or two-year) to cut down on back-and-forth. Then save the email you send and the ticket number the team replies with. That confirmation is your evidence if a charge shows up later that shouldn’t.
Waggle does publish a phone number, 855-983-5566, for its Customer Delight team, but that line is set up mainly for order changes and product returns rather than subscription cancellations.5Waggle. WaggleCam FAQ Email leaves a written trail, which is why it’s the safer route for canceling.
Cancellation and Refund Windows by Plan
Waggle’s cancellation policy separates the right to cancel from the right to a refund, and the timing rules differ by plan.1Waggle. Pet Monitor Network Plan
Monthly plans. You can cancel any time. A full refund is only available if you cancel within 24 hours of activation. After that, the plan just expires at the end of the month with no money back.
Half-yearly, annual, and two-year plans. Cancellations are accepted within the first 30 days after activation or renewal, or during the last 30 days before the next renewal. Outside those two windows, the plan continues until its next billing cycle.
Refund eligibility inside those windows is narrower still. First-time subscribers and reactivating customers on non-monthly plans can get a pro-rated refund if they cancel within 7 days of activation. On a renewal, the pro-rated refund window shrinks to 2 days from the renewal date. Approved refunds are processed within three to five business days.1Waggle. Pet Monitor Network Plan
The end-of-term cancellation window is the one people miss. If you already know you won’t renew an annual plan, set a reminder about five weeks before the renewal date so you have room to act.
What the Device Does After You Cancel
The Waggle monitor uses a built-in 4G cellular connection to send temperature and humidity alerts to your phone. That cellular service is what the subscription pays for. Once the plan ends, the monitor can’t transmit data or push alerts, so it sits idle until you subscribe again.
Reactivation is allowed. Waggle’s subscription page treats reactivating customers the same as new ones for refund purposes, including the 7-day pro-rata window on non-monthly plans.1Waggle. Pet Monitor Network Plan
If Waggle Charges You After You Cancel
The Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act requires companies selling subscriptions online to give consumers a simple way to stop recurring charges.6Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 8403 – Negative Option Marketing on the Internet A charge that hits after you’ve canceled is not authorized.
Start with Waggle support. Reply to your cancellation thread or open a new ticket with the confirmation email or ticket number attached, and ask for a reversal. If that doesn’t fix it, dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer. Credit card disputes for unauthorized recurring charges generally have to be filed within 60 days of the statement date. The cancellation email you saved is the piece of evidence that carries a dispute.
One boundary worth naming: canceling the subscription is separate from returning the hardware. If you also want to send the monitor back, that’s a different process handled by the Customer Delight team, with its own return window and restocking fee.7Waggle. Waggle Return and Replacement Policy Ending the plan alone won’t trigger a hardware refund.
