First, Check Where You’re Being Billed

The cancellation path depends entirely on who processes your payment. Pull up a recent bank or card statement and look at the merchant line. “Wolfram” means you subscribed directly on the website. “Apple.com/Bill” means the App Store. “Google Play” means the Play Store. Trying to cancel in the wrong place won’t work — Apple-billed and Google-billed subscriptions don’t show up in your Wolfram Account, and a direct Wolfram subscription won’t appear in your App Store or Play Store settings.

If you access Wolfram Alpha through a university or employer login rather than a personal Wolfram ID, you don’t have a subscription to cancel. The organization controls that license, and your access ends when you leave or when the license lapses.

  • From the home page, open Products & Services.
  • Click the subscription you want to end.

Cancel Through the Apple App Store

Google Play sometimes offers a Pause payments option in place of cancellation, with pauses ranging from one week to three months. Can You Get a Refund?

What Happens After You Cancel

Cancellation doesn’t cut off access right away. Download Cloud Files Before They Expire

If you saved notebooks or other files to Wolfram Cloud while subscribed, they don’t live on indefinitely once you’re back on the free tier.
