How to Cancel Aha Subscription on Any Device

To cancel your aha subscription, go to whichever platform you signed up through: aha’s own website or app if you subscribed directly, or the Google Play Store, Apple Settings, Roku account, or Amazon account if you signed up through one of those. Aha never sees payments made through an app store, so canceling inside the aha app does nothing to stop charges that Google, Apple, Roku, or Amazon are collecting. That mismatch is the single most common reason people think they canceled but keep getting billed.

Check Who’s Actually Charging You

Before you tap anything, pull up your bank or card statement and look at the merchant name on the recurring charge. If it reads “aha” or “Arha Media,” you subscribed directly. If it reads “Google,” “Apple,” “Roku,” or “Amazon,” the charge is coming through that storefront and that’s where you cancel.

You can confirm from the other side too. Open the Google Play Store, your iPhone Settings, or your Roku or Amazon account and look for aha in your active subscriptions. If it shows up in one of those lists, that platform owns your billing. If it doesn’t appear anywhere, your subscription is direct with aha.

Cancel Directly Through aha

If you subscribed on aha.video or inside the aha app, log in and open the Account section. Subscription management lives there, and you can cancel to stop future billing.

One timing rule matters. If your subscription uses auto-debit, aha’s terms require you to cancel more than 48 hours before your next scheduled payment. Cancel with that much lead time, and aha stops the auto-payment on its end. Cancel inside the 48-hour window, or after the charge has already posted, and you’re responsible for separately disabling the auto-debit through the payment app or bank you used.1aha. If the self-service option gives you trouble, email support@aha.video and ask them to cancel for you.

Cancel Through Google Play (Android)

Open the Google Play Store on your Android device and go to your subscriptions. Select aha, tap “Cancel subscription,” and follow the prompts. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.2Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

Cancel Through Apple (iPhone or iPad)

Apple runs subscriptions out of device settings, not the individual app.

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Tap your name at the top of the screen.
  • Tap “Subscriptions.”
  • Select the aha subscription and tap “Cancel Subscription.”

If you don’t see a cancel button and the subscription shows an expiration date in red, it’s already canceled.3Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription from Apple

Cancel Through Roku or Amazon Fire TV

Uninstalling the aha app on these devices does nothing to stop the charges. Billing lives in your Roku or Amazon account.

For Roku, go to my.roku.com/subscriptions in a browser, find aha, select “Manage subscription,” and cancel.

For Amazon Fire TV, sign in on Amazon’s website, open “Your Account,” select “Your Apps” under “Digital content and devices,” then “Your Subscriptions” under “Manage.” Find aha and cancel. Turning off auto-renewal lets you keep watching until the current period ends.4Amazon. Manage Your Appstore Subscriptions from the Website

Free Trials

If you’re on a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel first. Trial length depends on the promotion and is shown at signup.1aha. Terms of Service

Can You Get a Refund?

Mostly, no. Aha’s terms treat subscription fees as non-refundable after seven days from the date of purchase, regardless of whether you watched anything. A refund within those first seven days is possible only if you haven’t accessed any content that requires a paid subscription. Past that window, aha states no refunds will be issued for any reason unless required by law.1aha. Terms of Service

If the charge went through Apple or Google and aha won’t help, the app store runs its own refund process. Apple requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com and usually get a response in 24 to 48 hours.5Apple Support. What Happens After You Cancel

Canceling stops future charges but doesn’t shut off your access right away. You can keep watching through the end of the billing period you already paid for. Once that period ends, the account goes inactive and you lose access to all content, including anything downloaded for offline viewing.1aha. Terms of Service

Canceling and deleting are separate. If you also want your personal data removed, email support@aha.video and request account deletion; you can ask for both in the same message.
