How to Cancel AIApply Subscription and Get a Refund

To cancel your AIApply subscription, go to the platform you originally signed up through and turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before your next billing date. If you paid directly on aiapply.co, you cancel from your account settings on the website. If the charge on your statement shows Apple, Google Play, PayPal, or Google Payments, you have to cancel through that service instead. AIApply’s terms require cancellation at least 24 hours before the end of your current term, or the next renewal processes automatically and the fee is treated as non-refundable.1AIApply. First, Find Out Where You Signed Up

This is the step that trips people up. Check your bank or credit card statement and look at the merchant name on the AIApply charge. If it says AIApply directly, you’re a website subscriber. If it says Apple, Google, PayPal, or Google Payments, that platform controls the billing and AIApply itself can’t stop the charges for you. People who cancel in the wrong place keep getting billed and assume the cancellation didn’t work.

Once you know the right platform, log in and find your next renewal date so you know how much time you have. Anything less than 24 hours before renewal, and you’re likely paying for one more cycle.

Canceling on the AIApply Website

Log into your account at aiapply.co and open your account settings. Find the subscription or billing section, select the option to cancel, and complete any confirmation prompts the site shows you. Your paid features stay active through the rest of the period you’ve already paid for, so there’s no reason to wait.

The terms spell out the deadline directly: subscriptions renew automatically “unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of your subscription term.”1AIApply. Terms of Service

Every one of these platforms keeps your access live through the end of the current billing period. You don’t lose anything by canceling early in the cycle.

Can You Get a Refund?

Usually no. AIApply’s terms state that fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or in service-specific terms, and the same rule applies to renewal charges.1AIApply. Terms of Service Once a charge posts, getting it reversed through the company is unlikely. That’s why the 24-hour deadline matters so much.

One narrow exception exists in the terms. If AIApply significantly reduces the core features of a paid service, the company is required to give 30 days’ notice and offer a pro-rata refund if you cancel before the change takes effect.1AIApply. Confirm It Worked, and What to Do If You’re Charged Anyway

After you cancel, look for a confirmation email from AIApply or the platform that processed the cancellation. Save it. Then log back into your AIApply account and check that your subscription status reads as canceled or inactive.

Watch your statement through the next billing cycle. If a charge appears after your cancellation date, the Fair Credit Billing Act gives you 60 days from the date the statement with the error was sent to notify your credit card company in writing.6Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors Send your cancellation confirmation, identify the charge, and explain why it’s unauthorized. The card issuer must acknowledge your dispute within 30 days and resolve it within two billing cycles.

A separate backstop: a 2025 FTC rule requires subscription services to make cancellation at least as easy as sign-up, so a company can’t force you through phone calls or long multi-step processes if you were able to subscribe online in a few clicks.7Federal Trade Commission. Canceling Isn’t the Same as Deleting Your Account

Turning off your subscription stops future charges but leaves your account and much of your data in place. The AutoApply mailbox, for example, is kept for at least one month after your last payment before it’s permanently deleted, and other content stays until you remove it or close the account.8AIApply. Privacy and Cookie Policy If you want everything wiped, delete the account from your dashboard or email the Data Protection Officer at dpo@aiapply.co. Download any resumes, cover letters, or interview transcripts you want to keep first, because deletion is permanent.
