To cancel Allara Health, log in to your patient dashboard, go to Account, then Manage Membership, and submit the cancellation at least 48 hours before your next billing date. That is the full process for self-pay members who signed up through Allara’s website. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, or if you can’t get into the dashboard, the path is different, and the 48-hour deadline still applies.
Cancel in the Patient Dashboard
Self-pay members who enrolled directly on Allara’s website should start here. Log in, open Account, and select Manage Membership. You’ll see the option to cancel your program. Cancel Through Apple or Google Play
If you subscribed through an app store, cancelling in the Allara dashboard will not stop billing. You have to cancel with the store that charges you.
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Find Allara and tap Cancel Subscription. If there’s no cancel button, the subscription is already cancelled.3Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
On Android, open Google Play, go to your subscriptions, select Allara, tap Cancel Subscription, and follow the prompts. Uninstalling the app does not cancel anything. If Allara doesn’t show up in your subscriptions, check whether you’re signed into the Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe before concluding there’s nothing there.
If You Can’t Get Into the Dashboard

Allara’s Terms of Service say cancellations should be submitted through the patient dashboard, so email is a fallback rather than the preferred route.6Allara Health. The 48-Hour Deadline
Cancellations have to be completed at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Miss that window and you’ll be charged for another month, with the cancellation taking effect the cycle after that.6Allara Health. Allara Health Terms and Conditions There is no prorated refund for a partial month.
Your billing date is the monthly anniversary of the day you signed up. Enroll on March 10 and you’ll be charged on the 10th of every month, which means cancelling by March 8 to avoid the next charge. If Your Insurance Covers Allara
Insurance members don’t pay a monthly membership fee. You pay standard patient costs like copays, coinsurance, and deductibles based on your plan.2Allara’s Help Center. How Much Does Allara Cost? Because there is no recurring subscription charge, “cancelling” just means not booking any more appointments. Claims already in progress will still be billed through your insurer under your plan’s terms.
Can You Pause Instead?
No. Allara does not offer a pause or freeze. If you want a break, you have to cancel and re-enroll later. There’s no fee to come back.1Allara’s Help Center. Can I Change, Pause, or Cancel My Self-Pay Program?
Loose Ends to Handle Before Access Ends
After cancellation you keep access through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. Use that window. If you have pending lab orders, prescription refills, or follow-ups with your provider or dietitian, finish them first.
Request Your Medical Records
Email concierge@allarahealth.com to ask for a copy of your records or to have them sent to another provider. A reasonable preparation and delivery fee may apply.7Allara Health. Consent to Telehealth Download whatever is available in the dashboard while you still have access.
Keep Receipts for FSA or HSA Reimbursement
Allara membership fees and copays are eligible expenses for HSA and FSA funds.8Allara’s Help Center. Can I Use FSA/HSA? You can still submit past charges for reimbursement after you cancel, as long as you file within your plan’s deadline. Hold on to your Allara billing receipts.
Watch Your Statements
Check your card or bank statements for at least two cycles after the cancellation takes effect. If an unexpected charge appears, contact concierge with your cancellation confirmation. Catching a billing error early is much easier than disputing it months later.
