To cancel an Infinity Hoop subscription, sign in to the company’s subscription portal with the email you used at purchase and hit cancel, or send a cancellation request to support@infinity-hoop.com. Cancel Through the Infinity Hoop Portal or Email
Open the Infinity Hoop subscription management page, enter the email tied to your account, and your active plan appears. If the portal won’t load or won’t recognize your email, email support@infinity-hoop.com with your name, the email on the account, and your order or subscription ID. Cancel Through Apple or Google Play
When you subscribe through an app store, Apple or Google handles the billing, so Infinity Hoop can’t cancel it on their end. You have to go to the store that charged you.
iPhone and iPad

Cancel Before the Free Trial Ends
The VIP Community subscription runs free for 30 days before the $39.99 monthly charge begins.1Infinity Hoop. Infinity Hoop VIP Community Cancel at any point during those 30 days and no charge posts. Set a phone reminder a few days before day 30. Forgetting is the single most common way people get charged, and the billing model expects it. If you’re undecided, cancel a day or two early rather than the morning the charge is scheduled.
What Cancellation Does and Doesn’t Cover
Cancellation stops future renewals. What happens to a pending order depends on timing. If an order hasn’t shipped yet, the company can cancel it along with future renewals. For digital subscriptions, past charges are not refunded. You keep access through the end of the current billing cycle, and no new renewal hits.6Infinity Hoop. Returning the Hoop for a Refund
Returning a physical hoop is a separate process from canceling the subscription. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, and the product has to arrive back at the company’s facility within that window. Start by emailing support@infinity-hoop.com. How much you get back depends on the condition of the return:
- Full refund of the product cost: item unused, tags attached, in original packaging. No restocking fee.
- 70% refund: returned without the original packaging.
- Return shipping is on you. The company doesn’t send prepaid labels, and shipping costs aren’t refundable.

If You Keep Getting Charged After Canceling

If the company doesn’t resolve it, dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer. Attach copies of your cancellation confirmation, every email you sent, and the disputed charge. Without that documentation, a dispute becomes your word against the merchant’s records, and banks tend to side with whoever has paperwork.
