To cancel an Astro Club subscription, use the same platform you signed up through: your iPhone or iPad settings if Apple billed you, the Google Play app if Google billed you, or the Astro Club website if you subscribed directly. Check your bank or card statement first. The descriptor will read “Apple,” “Google,” or “Astro Club,” and that single word tells you which path to follow. Whichever route applies, finish the cancellation at least 24 hours before your next charge or free trial ends.
The 24-Hour Rule
Astro Club’s terms are explicit: cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your free trial or current billing period, or your payment method gets charged for the next cycle.1AstroClub. AstroClub Terms and Conditions The terms do not describe a grace period, so treat the 24 hours as a hard cutoff.
If you are not sure when the period ends, open the subscription screen on your device using the steps below, or look at the date on your last charge. Set a calendar reminder a couple of days early.
Canceling on iPhone or iPad
If your statement shows “Apple,” the subscription runs through Apple’s billing system.
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Astro Club in the list.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll to find it. Red expiration text instead of a Cancel button means the subscription is already canceled.

If You Need to Email Support
For billing issues or a cancellation you cannot complete yourself, email care@astroclub.com.5Astro. Astro Club – Privacy Policy Include the email address on your account, the date of your last charge, and any receipt or confirmation number. The last four digits of your payment card can help the agent find your account if the email on file does not match.
What Cancellation Actually Does
Canceling turns off auto-renewal. You generally keep access to paid features through the end of the current billing period, so a mid-month cancellation does not cut you off that day. Check your account dashboard or subscription screen for a status like “Cancelled” or “Pending Expiration” to confirm it took.
Save the confirmation email. Take a screenshot of the confirmation screen too, because an email alone is not always enough if you end up disputing a charge weeks later.
Requesting a Refund
If a charge went through before you canceled, a refund is not guaranteed, but you can ask. The path depends on who billed you.
Apple
Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose “Request a refund,” pick a reason, select the Astro Club charge, and submit.6Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple You cannot submit while the charge is pending, so wait for the email receipt. Apple reviews each request individually.
Google Play
Go to play.google.com, click your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & order history. Find the Astro Club charge, click “Report a problem,” and complete the form to request a refund.7Google Play Help. Request a Refund on Google Play Google usually decides within one to four days. Repeat submissions for the same charge do not help.
Direct Subscriptions
Email care@astroclub.com with your account email, the payment date, and your receipt. The terms do not describe a refund policy specific to digital subscriptions and instead point to a separate delivery and return policy aimed at physical products.1AstroClub. If You Canceled on Time and Still Got Charged
Contact your bank or card issuer and dispute the charge. Credit card disputes under the Fair Credit Billing Act generally must be filed within 60 days of the statement date showing the error. Debit card and bank-account charges fall under Regulation E, which runs a separate error-resolution process with its own time limits.
Your bank will want documentation. Send the cancellation confirmation email, a screenshot of your account showing the canceled status, and the date you canceled compared to the charge date. File as soon as you spot the charge; the sooner you act, the stronger your position.
