To cancel auto-renewal on a Glo subscription, go to whichever service originally billed you and turn off renewal there. If you signed up at glo.com, cancel in your account settings on the website. If you signed up through Apple, Google Play, Roku, or Amazon, you have to cancel inside that platform’s subscription menu. Deleting the Glo app from your phone does not stop the charges.
Find Out Who’s Billing You
Pull up a recent bank or credit card statement before you do anything else. The charge description tells you where to go:
- “Glo” means you subscribed directly through glo.com.
- “Apple.com/Bill” means Apple handles your billing.
- “Google Play” or “GOOGLE*Glo” means Google.
- “Roku” means Roku.
- “Amazon” or “AMZ” followed by the service name means Amazon.
This matters because Glo cannot cancel or refund a subscription managed by a third-party platform. If Apple or Google collects your payment, Glo’s support team does not have access to your billing information, so emailing them won’t fix it.
Cancel on the Glo Website
Log in at glo.com and click your profile icon in the upper-right corner. Open your account settings and scroll to the subscription or payment section. Click the cancellation link and follow the prompts. Glo may offer you a pause or a discount along the way. Keep clicking through until you reach a confirmation screen.
Glo then sends a confirmation email. If it doesn’t arrive, email support@glo.com to verify the subscription was actually canceled. Without that confirmation, you could still be billed on your next cycle.1Glo Support Center. How do I cancel my Glo subscription?
Once the cancellation goes through, auto-renewal is off for your next billing cycle, but you keep full access to classes and content for the remainder of your current paid period.1Glo Support Center. How do I cancel my Glo subscription?

On an Android device, open the Google Play app and go to Subscriptions. Select Glo, tap Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.3Google Play. Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play
The status in your Google Play account should change to “Canceled,” and Google sends a confirmation email. Save that email. If a charge posts after you’ve canceled, it’s the fastest way to resolve a dispute with Google or your bank.
Cancel Through Roku
You can cancel on the Roku device or on the web. On the device, press Home on your remote, highlight the Glo app, press the Star button, select Manage Subscription, and select Turn Off Auto-Renew.4Roku Support. Manage or cancel subscriptions on Roku
To cancel on the web, go to my.roku.com/subscriptions, find Glo, select Manage Subscription, and select Turn Off Auto-Renew. Either way, future charges stop and you keep access through the end of the current billing period.
Not sure if Roku is your biller? Check my.roku.com/subscriptions. If Glo shows up there, Roku is handling the charge.
Cancel Through Amazon
Sign in at amazon.com and go to Your Memberships and Subscriptions. Find Glo, select Manage Subscription, then select Cancel Subscription under the advanced controls.5Amazon Customer Service. Manage Amazon Subscriptions

Refunds After a Charge Already Posted

If you were billed through Apple, Google, Amazon, or Roku, Glo has no ability to issue a refund. You’d need to request one through whichever platform processed the payment, under that platform’s own policy.
Canceling Is Not the Same as Deleting Your Account
Canceling stops future charges but keeps your account on file, along with your class history and preferences, in case you come back. Your account simply sits in a non-paying state.
If you want your data removed entirely, cancel the subscription first, then email support@glo.com requesting account deletion and stating that you consent to removal of your account and all associated information. Glo responds within two days to confirm.7Glo Support Center. How do I delete my Glo account? Once an account is deleted, access is gone permanently. If you only want the charges to stop, cancellation on its own is the safer move.
