How to Cancel AutoPod Subscription: Portal, Email, or Trial

To cancel your AutoPod subscription, log in to the Lemon Squeezy billing portal at autopod.lemonsqueezy.com/billing and turn off auto-renewal, or email support@autopod.fm from the address tied to your license. AutoPod is an Adobe Premiere Pro plugin, so there is no app store subscription to manage. Timing matters: cancel before your next billing date, and if you’re on the 30-day free trial, cancel before the final day to avoid the $29 monthly charge.1AutoPod. AutoPod Pricing

Cancel Through the Billing Portal

AutoPod runs its subscriptions through Lemon Squeezy, a third-party payment platform. Go to autopod.lemonsqueezy.com/billing, log in with the email address on your license, find your active subscription, and select the option to cancel or turn off auto-renewal. A confirmation screen appears once the change is saved. AutoPod’s terms confirm you can cancel “through Your Account settings page or by contacting the Company,” and the billing portal is that settings page.2AutoPod. AutoPod Terms and Conditions

Can’t remember which email you used? Check your bank or card statement for the original charge. It will usually show up as a Lemon Squeezy transaction rather than “AutoPod,” which trips up a lot of people searching their inbox for a receipt.

Cancel by Emailing Support

If the billing portal isn’t cooperating, or you’ve lost access to the email on your account, write to support@autopod.fm. Include your name, the email address associated with your license, and a plain statement that you want to cancel. Send it well before your next billing date, not the day of, because this route is slower than the portal.

Keep a copy of what you send. If a charge still goes through after you’ve asked to cancel, that email is your evidence for a dispute with your bank or card company.

Canceling Before the Free Trial Converts

AutoPod offers a 30-day free trial on monthly plans.1AutoPod. AutoPod Terms and Conditions The terms do not mention any reminder email, so don’t wait for one. Set your own calendar reminder a few days out and cancel through the portal if you’ve decided not to continue.

The trial requires a credit card at signup, which is what makes the automatic conversion possible. If you forget and get charged, AutoPod says subscription fees are generally nonrefundable, though it may consider refund requests case by case.2AutoPod. What Happens After You Cancel

Canceling stops future charges but does not cut off your access right away. You keep the plugin through the end of whichever billing period you already paid for.2AutoPod. Partial refunds for unused time are not standard. AutoPod’s terms state that “paid Subscription fees are non-refundable” except where required by law.2AutoPod. AutoPod Terms and Conditions Plan the timing around your billing cycle rather than expecting money back.

Before your access ends, export any custom settings, presets, or project configurations you want to keep. Once the account goes inactive, pulling that data back out may not be possible. Canceling does not automatically delete your account or data; if you want your information removed, email support separately and ask for deletion.

If You’re Charged After Canceling

If AutoPod charges you after you’ve canceled, or a trial converts and the company won’t refund, you have two routes beyond dealing with AutoPod directly.

The first is a stop-payment order through your bank. Under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, you can stop a preauthorized electronic transfer by notifying your bank at least three business days before the scheduled charge. Your bank may ask you to follow up in writing within 14 days of an oral request.3Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1693e – Preauthorized Transfers This works for debit card and bank account charges.

The second is a credit card dispute. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you can dispute billing errors, including unauthorized charges, by writing to your card issuer within 60 days of the statement that shows the charge. The issuer must acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and resolve it within 90 days.4Federal Trade Commission. Using Credit Cards and Disputing Charges Keep copies of your cancellation confirmation and any correspondence with AutoPod; they strengthen your case considerably.
