To cancel a Big Motion AI subscription, use the same channel you signed up through: the billing dashboard at app.bigmotion.ai if you subscribed on the website, your iPhone’s Subscriptions settings if you signed up through the App Store, or the Google Play Store if you’re on Android. If none of those work, email help@bigmotion.ai. Cancel on the Big Motion AI Website
If you subscribed directly through the website, log in at app.bigmotion.ai and open the billing dashboard. Look for the option to manage or cancel your subscription. Any invoice email from Big Motion AI also contains a “Manage subscription” link that takes you to the same place.2BigMotion. Subscription and Log In
During the flow, expect retention offers: a discount, a downgrade, or a pause option. You don’t have to give a reason, and none of these screens block the cancellation. Keep clicking through until you reach the confirmation. Save the confirmation email. That is your proof the cancellation went through.
Cancel on iPhone
If you subscribed through the App Store, Big Motion AI can’t cancel for you. Apple handles the billing, so the cancellation has to happen in your iPhone settings:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Big Motion AI.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancel on Android Through Google Play
Canceling inside the Big Motion AI app doesn’t work if you subscribed through Google Play. Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Select Big Motion AI and tap Cancel.4Google Play Help. Cancel by Email
When the dashboard isn’t loading or you’re stuck on an error inside Apple or Google Play, email help@bigmotion.ai.5BigMotion. In the first sentence, state clearly that you want to cancel, and include your full name and the email address on the account. Expect a reply in two to three business days. If you’re close to the 72-hour cutoff, say so and include your renewal date. Save the confirmation reply as evidence if a charge appears later.
The 72-Hour Deadline
Big Motion AI requires cancellation requests at least 72 hours before your next billing date for timely processing.1Big Motion. Terms of Service The same window applies to free trials: cancel at least three days before the trial ends or you’ll be charged for a full subscription automatically.
All plans auto-renew at the end of each cycle, whether weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual. A cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access to everything you’ve already paid for.1Big Motion. Terms of Service This is where people get caught: they assume canceling early means losing access early, so they wait, and then they miss the 72-hour window. Cancel the day you decide. Refunds
Big Motion AI treats the service as fully delivered the moment you subscribe, so refunds are not issued for change of mind, accidental purchases, misunderstanding the terms, unexpected auto-renewal charges, or trial-to-paid conversions.1Big Motion. Terms of Service
One exception exists: a verified technical failure on Big Motion AI’s end that prevented you from using the service for 72 continuous hours or more. To qualify, all of the following must be true:
- You purchased directly through the Big Motion AI website, not through Apple or Google Play.
- You email help@bigmotion.ai within 30 days of your original purchase and before your subscription period ends.
- The problem was a documented platform outage or bug, not an issue with your device or internet.
Residents of California and Connecticut have a separate right under the terms: cancel within three business days of purchase for a full refund, no reason required.1Big Motion. Terms of Service That window is short, so move fast if you want to use it.
If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, Big Motion AI’s refund terms don’t apply to your purchase at all. Refund requests for those subscriptions go to Apple or Google directly.
If You Were Charged After Canceling
Start with Big Motion AI. Email help@bigmotion.ai, attach or paste your cancellation confirmation, and ask for the charge to be reversed. Billing systems sometimes process one final charge after a valid cancellation, and support can usually fix that quickly.
If the company doesn’t respond or refuses, you can dispute the charge with your credit card issuer under the Fair Credit Billing Act. The law covers charges for services not delivered as agreed, which includes a charge billed after a confirmed cancellation. Once the issuer receives your dispute, they must acknowledge it within 30 days and finish investigating within 90 days.
