How to Cancel Blacked Membership and Stop Charges

To cancel a Blacked membership, either turn off auto-renewal from your account settings on the website or cancel directly through the third-party billing processor listed on your bank statement. Both routes stop the next charge; you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

What to Gather First

Have three things ready: the email address you signed up with, your account username, and the last four digits of the card on file. If you’ve lost your login, the card digits matter most, because the billing processors can look up your subscription from the card alone.

Then check your bank or credit card statement to see who actually processed the charge. Blacked bills through third parties, so the line item usually reads Epoch, Segpay, or Vendo rather than “Blacked.” That name tells you which processor to go to if the website route doesn’t work.

Cancel Through the Website

Log in and open the profile or account menu, usually in the upper-right corner. Go to the subscription or membership settings. You should see your renewal date and an option to cancel or switch off auto-renewal. Select it and follow the confirmation prompts.

The account status should update to show auto-renewal is off. Under the FTC’s Click-to-Cancel rule, subscription services must make canceling at least as easy as signing up, so the process should not require a phone call or extra steps that weren’t part of enrollment.1Federal Trade Commission. Cancel Through the Billing Processor

If you can’t log in or would rather stop the billing at the source, go straight to the processor named on your statement. Each one has a member portal that looks up your subscription by email, username, or card details.

Epoch

Epoch’s billing support page lets you search for your subscription and cancel online. Phone support is at 1-800-893-8871, or 1-310-664-5810 internationally. Email is Billing@epoch.com.

Segpay

Segpay runs a self-service portal at cs.segpay.com where you can identify a charge, manage a subscription, or start a live chat with support.2Segpay. Contact Us There’s no direct support email; everything goes through the portal.

Vendo

Vendo’s customer portal at secure.vend-o.com/customers handles cancellations and support requests. The same domain hosts a cancellation request form.

Once the portal finds your subscription, select cancel, confirm, and save or screenshot the confirmation before closing the browser.

When to Cancel

Cancel at least a few days before your next renewal date. There’s no universal grace period. Some processors act immediately; others may take 24 to 48 hours. Waiting until the renewal day itself risks getting billed for another cycle.

Canceling early doesn’t cut off your access. You’ve already paid for the current period, and the cancellation only stops the next charge.

Confirm the Cancellation Went Through

Look for three signals: a confirmation screen right after you submit, a confirmation email at the address on the account, and an updated dashboard status showing auto-renewal as inactive. Save any reference number you receive.

Then watch your statement through the next billing cycle. If a charge appears after your subscription should have expired, you have a billing dispute.

If Charges Keep Coming

Contact the billing processor first through the channels above. Most post-cancellation charges are processing delays or cancellations that didn’t fully register, and the processor can usually reverse them quickly.

If that fails, two federal protections back you up. For credit card charges, dispute the billing error with your card issuer within 60 days of the statement date showing the charge.3Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 U.S. Code 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors For debit card or bank account charges, federal law lets you stop a preauthorized recurring transfer by notifying your bank at least three business days before the next scheduled payment.4Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1693e – Preauthorized Transfers Your bank may require the stop-payment request in writing within 14 days of your initial call.

Don’t cancel the card or block the merchant without first canceling the subscription. The service can treat a blocked payment as a failed charge rather than a cancellation, which may lead to late fees, retry attempts on an updated card number that some banks forward automatically, or the account being sent to collections.

Canceling Billing Is Not the Same as Deleting Your Account

Stopping the charges does not erase your profile or activity history. Those may stay on the platform’s servers under its privacy policy. To have your data removed, contact customer support or the billing processor and explicitly request account deletion, or look for a data deletion option in the site’s settings or privacy policy. European users have stronger deletion rights under the GDPR, and California residents have similar rights under the CCPA.
