How to Cancel Bobbie Subscription: Dashboard, Timing, and Email Backup

To cancel a Bobbie subscription, sign into your account at hibobbie.com, open Manage Subscriptions, and click the cancel option inside your active subscription. Follow the prompts all the way to a final confirmation screen, and do it at least a few days before your next scheduled order date so the upcoming shipment doesn’t enter processing before your request lands.

Cancel From the Subscription Dashboard

The self-service path is short:

  • Log in at hibobbie.com using the email tied to your subscription.
  • Open “Manage Subscriptions” from the account menu.
  • Click the cancel option in your active subscription details.
  • Work through the confirmation prompts. You may see questions about why you’re leaving or offers to adjust your delivery schedule instead. Keep going until you reach a final screen confirming the subscription is canceled.

That last step is where people slip up. Closing the browser before the final confirmation leaves the subscription active, and you’ll be billed on schedule. Look for both an on-screen confirmation and a follow-up email before you consider it done. Save that email.

Time It Before the Next Order Processes

Bobbie runs on a recurring monthly cycle. Once an order moves into processing, canceling won’t stop that shipment or its charge; it’s already headed to fulfillment and you’ll owe that final invoice even though future billing ends.

Your next order date lives in the subscription management dashboard. Cancel at least a few days ahead of it. If you’re close to the wire and unsure whether the next order has already been triggered, email the support team and ask them to confirm the status before you proceed.

Snooze and Cancel Are Different Buttons

The dashboard shows a “Snooze Subscription” option next to cancel, and it’s easy to tap the wrong one. Snoozing pauses deliveries for a chosen number of months, then shipments and charges resume on their own. Canceling permanently stops future orders and billing. If your baby is done with formula, cancel outright. Snooze only if you have extra cans to work through or want a short break.

If You Can’t Log In

Password trouble is the most common thing blocking the cancellation screen. Two ways back in:

  • Use “Forgot Password?” on the login page, enter your account email, and watch for the reset link.
  • Use Bobbie’s passwordless subscriber login at hibobbie.com/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access, which emails you an access link without a password.

If reset emails aren’t showing up, check spam and confirm you’re using the exact email address from your original signup. People who registered through a social login or during checkout sometimes don’t realize which email is actually on file.

Cancel by Email as a Backup

If the portal won’t cooperate, write to hello@hibobbie.com. Include your full name, the email on the account, and a clear statement that you’re canceling. Put “Subscription Cancellation Request” in the subject line so it routes correctly. Email also gives you a timestamped record, which matters if there’s ever a dispute about when you asked to stop. Keep the reply.

If You’re Charged After Canceling

Billing errors do happen after a legitimate cancellation. Work through the options in order.

First, email hello@hibobbie.com and attach your cancellation confirmation. Most post-cancellation charges are system glitches and get reversed quickly.

If Bobbie doesn’t resolve it, you can tell your bank to stop payment on future preauthorized transfers from the merchant. Your bank must honor the request as long as you notify them at least three business days before the next scheduled transfer, and they can ask you to confirm it in writing within 14 days.1eCFR. 12 CFR 1005.10 – Preauthorized Transfers

For charges that have already posted, dispute them with your credit card company or bank. The cancellation confirmation email is the piece of evidence that decides most of these disputes; without it, you’re arguing against the merchant’s records.

What Stays on File After You Cancel

Canceling the subscription doesn’t delete your Bobbie account. Your login, order history, and saved payment information stay unless you ask separately for account or payment deletion by emailing support.

Hold onto the cancellation confirmation for at least 60 days past your final billing cycle. That covers the dispute window at most financial institutions if a stray charge slips through. Once a couple of cycles pass clean, you’re done.
