To cancel a Brazzers subscription, contact Brazzers support through live chat or phone, cancel directly with the payment processor that bills your card (usually CCBill or Epoch), or, if those fail, ask your bank to stop the recurring charge. The membership renews automatically at the end of every billing cycle, so charges continue until you actively cancel. There are no partial-month refunds, and missing a renewal date locks you into another full period.
Gather These Details First
Cancellation goes faster if you have a few things in front of you. Track down your Brazzers username and the email address you used at signup; both appear in the welcome email sent when you registered, or in your account profile after you log in.
The other piece to find is your billing descriptor, meaning the name that shows up on your bank or credit card statement. Brazzers uses discreet billing, so the charge won’t read “Brazzers.” Instead you’ll see the payment processor’s name, most often CCBill or Epoch.1Brazzers Support. Billing Questions and Cancellations Pull up a recent statement and note the descriptor along with the last four digits of the card. Any cancellation route works faster with those details ready.

Cancel Through CCBill or Epoch
You can skip Brazzers and go straight to the processor charging your card. Check your bank statement or welcome email for which one handles your billing, then use its portal.
CCBill
Go to support.ccbill.com. Enter the email address or credit card number you used at signup, and the system will locate your active subscription so you can cancel the recurring billing directly.3CCBill. How Do I Cancel My Subscription If the online tool gives you trouble, CCBill’s consumer support line at 888-596-9279 runs 24 hours a day.
Epoch
Epoch’s billing support portal is at epoch.com/billing_support, with a purchase lookup at epoch.com/find_purchase. Enter your email or card details to find and cancel the subscription. Epoch also takes phone calls at 1-800-893-8871 and email at Billing@epoch.com.
These processor portals are useful when you have lost your Brazzers login or can no longer access the email account you signed up with. The processor only needs your payment details to locate the subscription.
Trial Memberships Convert Automatically
Brazzers offers discounted trials, including a 7-day membership for $7.00. Trials convert automatically to a standard monthly plan at $33.99 per month unless you cancel before the trial period ends.1Brazzers Support. Billing Questions and Cancellations The conversion is immediate when the trial expires. No grace period, no reminder email.
Set a calendar reminder the moment you sign up. One day late means you are into the next billing cycle with no refund available. Treat the trial end date as a hard deadline.
Ask Your Bank to Stop the Charges
If Brazzers and the processor cannot or will not resolve the charges, contact your bank or card issuer. Federal law lets you stop preauthorized electronic transfers from your account by notifying your financial institution at least three business days before the next scheduled charge.4Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1693e – Preauthorized Transfers Your bank may call this a stop payment order.
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau recommends both calling and writing your bank to revoke authorization. After you have notified both the bank and the company, any additional charges the company initiates are treated as errors, and you can ask your bank for a refund.5Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. How Do I Stop Automatic Payments From My Bank Account Most banks charge a fee for stop payment orders, typically $20 to $35. Also note that stopping the payment at your bank does not formally close your Brazzers account, so you still need to cancel with Brazzers or the processor to avoid collection issues.
What Happens After You Cancel
Canceling stops future charges but leaves your access in place through the billing period you already paid for. Pay on the 5th and cancel on the 18th, and you keep access until the next renewal date would have hit. No partial-month refunds.
Look for a confirmation email from Brazzers or the payment processor after you cancel, and save it. That email is your proof if a charge shows up later. Check your statement after the next renewal date would have run to confirm nothing new posted.
Disputing a Charge That Posts After Cancellation
If a charge appears after you canceled, your path depends on how you paid. For credit cards, the Fair Credit Billing Act gives you 60 days from the date the charge appeared on your statement to send a written dispute to your card issuer.6Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors Call the number on the back of the card to open the dispute, then follow up in writing to the billing inquiry address, not the payment address, to preserve your legal protections. The issuer must acknowledge your dispute within 30 days and resolve it within two billing cycles.7Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. How Do I Dispute a Charge on My Credit Card Bill
Debit card and bank account charges fall under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act and Regulation E. You can stop future preauthorized transfers by notifying your bank at least three business days before the next scheduled charge, and the bank may require written confirmation within 14 days of an oral request.8eCFR. 12 CFR Part 1005 – Electronic Fund Transfers (Regulation E) For a charge that has already posted, contact your bank quickly; debit dispute windows are shorter than credit card windows.
Whichever route you take, the cancellation confirmation email is your strongest evidence. Without it, a dispute comes down to your word against the processor’s records.
