How to Cancel Calmify Subscription: iPhone, Android, and Web

To cancel a Calmify subscription, go to the platform you originally signed up through: your iPhone or iPad Settings if you subscribed via the Apple App Store, the Google Play Store app if you subscribed on Android, or your account on calmify.ai if you signed up directly on the website. Canceling on the wrong platform does nothing, which is why people keep seeing charges after they thought they were done.

Find Out Who Is Actually Billing You

Search your email for the original purchase confirmation. A receipt from Apple (your bank statement will usually show “APPLE.COM/BILL”) means you cancel through Apple. A Google Play receipt means you cancel through Google. A receipt from hello@calmify.ai means you subscribed on the website and cancel there.

No receipt? Look at the merchant name on your bank or credit card statement. Whichever company is pulling the money is the only one that can stop it. If Apple is billing you, logging into calmify.ai and clicking around for a cancel button will not stop the charges.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Tap your name at the top.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Tap Calmify.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

If there is no cancel button, or you see an expiration date shown in red, the subscription is already canceled.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

Cancel on Android

  • Open the Google Play Store app.
  • Tap your profile icon in the top right.
  • Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  • Select Calmify.
  • Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Google may ask why you’re leaving. Pick any reason. The cancellation goes through either way.

Cancel From a Computer

Apple subscriptions can also be canceled without your phone. On a Mac, open the App Store app, click your name, click Account Settings, scroll to Subscriptions, click Manage, pick Calmify, and click Cancel Subscription. On Windows, open the Apple Music or Apple TV app, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, choose View My Account, then click Manage next to Subscriptions. From any browser, you can sign in at account.apple.com to do the same thing.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

Cancel If You Signed Up on Calmify.ai

Log into your account at calmify.ai, go to Manage Subscriptions, and select Cancel. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term, so you keep access until then.2Calmify. Terms and Conditions

If you can’t find the option in your account, email hello@calmify.ai and ask them to cancel. Include the email address attached to the account.2Calmify. Terms and Conditions

Cancel at Least 24 Hours Before Your Next Charge

Calmify starts with a free first week and then automatically converts to a paid subscription at $9.99 per month. To avoid being charged, you have to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.3Apple. Calmify Sleep and Meditation on the App Store

The same 24-hour buffer applies to regular monthly billing. If you cancel on the final day of your cycle, the next renewal may already be locked in. Give yourself a day or two of cushion.

What Happens to Your Access

Canceling stops future charges. It does not cut off your account immediately. You keep the premium features through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and the account then reverts to the free tier.2Calmify. Terms and Conditions

Check your statement during the next cycle to confirm nothing new has posted. If a charge does appear, take a screenshot. Either the cancellation and renewal crossed in timing, or the cancellation never went through on the correct platform.

A Refund Is a Separate Request

Canceling does not reverse a charge that has already posted. If you want money back, you have to ask for a refund, and the process depends on where you bought the subscription.

For Apple purchases, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose “Request a refund,” pick a reason, and select the Calmify charge. Apple reviews each request individually, and eligibility varies.4Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple

For Google Play purchases, open the Play Store app or visit play.google.com and go to your purchase history to submit a refund request. Google’s policies vary by product, so there is no fixed window, though a quick request helps.

For purchases through calmify.ai, email hello@calmify.ai. The company’s terms don’t publish a specific refund policy, so results depend on how recently you were charged and the circumstances.2Calmify. Terms and Conditions

If the Charges Still Keep Coming

Once you’ve canceled on the correct platform and the charges continue, your bank is the next step. Contact your bank or credit union, tell them you’ve revoked the company’s authorization to take automatic payments, and follow up in writing so there’s a record.5Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. You can also ask for a stop-payment order, which formally blocks future charges from a specific company. Banks typically charge a fee, often around $20 to $35. A stop-payment order blocks the charge at the bank; it doesn’t cancel your agreement with Calmify, so make sure you’ve also canceled through the right app store or the website first.5Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
