Cancel on the CrushOn AI Website
Log in at crushon.ai, click your profile icon, and open your account settings. You should see your current plan and next billing date. Click the option to manage your subscription.
If you paid directly on the site, a cancel option appears in the CrushOn AI dashboard. Confirm when prompted and ignore any retention offers along the way. Subscribestar
On Subscribestar, click the settings button in the upper-right corner and select “My Subscription.” Click “Unsubscribe.” You’ll be offered two choices: one cancels at the end of your current billing period, the other cancels immediately and forfeits the remaining time with no refund. Paymentwall
For Paymentwall, return to the checkout page where you originally paid and open the “Help” section. Your active subscriptions are listed there and you can cancel directly. Cancel Through Apple
If you subscribed inside the iOS app, Apple handles the billing and the CrushOn AI website cannot cancel it. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap “Subscriptions.” Find CrushOn AI and tap “Cancel Subscription.” You may have to scroll to see the button. Cancel Through Google Play
Android users who signed up through Google Play need to cancel there. Open Google Play, go to your subscriptions, tap CrushOn AI, and select “Cancel subscription.” Follow the prompts to confirm. What Happens After You Cancel
Paid features stay active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. Cancel on day five of a monthly plan and you still have the rest of that month; once the period ends, the account drops to the free tier and no further charges are billed.1CrushOn.AI. FAQ
Watch for a confirmation email. If none arrives, log back in and check your subscription status. A status that still reads active means the cancellation didn’t register, and you should try again or contact support before your next billing date.
Deleting the App or Account Is Not Canceling
Uninstalling the app does nothing to stop billing on Apple’s or Google’s end. This catches more people than it should.
Deleting your CrushOn AI account is also separate from canceling. The platform won’t let you delete an account while a subscription is still active, so you have to cancel first and then delete if that’s what you want.5Crushon AI. FAQ
Refunds
CrushOn AI does not issue refunds. Their terms of service state no refunds for usage fees, no partial refunds for unused time, and no credits for mid-cycle cancellations or downgrades. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, you can still request a refund through them directly, which is a separate process from CrushOn AI’s own policy.
Refund Requests Through Apple
Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, select “Request a refund,” choose a reason, pick the CrushOn AI charge, and submit. Apple typically responds within 48 hours. Refund Requests Through Google Play
Go to play.google.com, click your profile picture, then open “Payments & subscriptions” and “Budget & order history.” Find the CrushOn AI charge, click “Report a problem,” pick the option that fits, and submit the form noting that you’d like a refund.8Google Play Help. If Something Goes Wrong
If the subscription page won’t load, the cancel button doesn’t respond, or you’re not sure which payment method you used, contact CrushOn AI support. The single most important thing is to cancel before your next billing date. Charges for a cycle that has already started won’t be reversed. If you’re on the fence, set a calendar reminder a few days before renewal.
