How to Cancel CVS ExtraCare Plus: Online, App, or Phone

To cancel CVS ExtraCare Plus, log in at cvs.com, open the CVS Pharmacy app, or call 1-800-746-7287. You cannot cancel in a store. Whichever route you take, do it before your next billing date, because CVS does not refund fees once they’ve been charged.

Cancel Online or in the CVS App

Sign in at cvs.com or in the CVS Pharmacy app using the email and password tied to your membership. If the password won’t come to you, use the reset link on the sign-in page to get a recovery email.

Once you’re in, go to your account settings and open the ExtraCare Plus management area. You’ll see your current membership status and the next billing date there. Select the option to cancel, then work through the confirmation prompts. When you finish, CVS sends a confirmation email to the address on file. Save it. Even after a clean cancellation, check your credit card or bank statement around the date your next charge would have hit.
