Cancel Through the Dubbing AI Website
If you subscribed directly at dubbingai.io, log into your account and open the subscription or billing settings in your profile. The cancellation option should be available from your dashboard without contacting support. Confirm the cancellation, then save or screenshot the confirmation screen. That record is useful if a charge shows up on your statement later.
If you can’t find a clear cancel button on the site, email support@dubbingai.io and request cancellation in writing. Cancel Through the Apple App Store
If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, Apple handles the billing and Dubbing AI cannot cancel it for you. Open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Dubbing AI in the list and tap Cancel Subscription.3Apple Support. If Dubbing AI is not listed under Subscriptions, you probably signed up through the website instead. Use the website steps above. Deleting the app from your phone does not cancel the subscription.
Cancel Through Google Play
Android subscribers cancel through Google Play, not the Dubbing AI app. On your device, open your subscriptions in Google Play, select Dubbing AI, and tap Cancel Subscription, then follow the prompts to confirm.4Google Play Help. Getting a Refund

Annual plans have one narrow exception. You can request a full refund within seven calendar days of the subscription date, including any trial period. What Happens After You Cancel
Canceling stops future charges, but you usually keep access to premium features through the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, your account drops to Dubbing AI’s free tier, with more limited voice-changing features.
Canceling and deleting your account are two different actions. Canceling stops billing. Deleting the account triggers Dubbing AI’s data removal process; the company’s privacy policy states that personal information is deleted within 90 days of account deletion.6Dubbing AI. Check your bank or card statement around the date your next charge would have hit. If a charge appears after you confirmed cancellation, you have options beyond emailing support again.
If You Can’t Log In
Losing access to your account does not mean you are stuck paying. If you forgot your password, use the password reset page to receive a recovery link at the email tied to your account.7dub.ai. Forgot Password The link should arrive within a few minutes.
If you no longer have access to that email, write to support@dubbingai.io from any address and explain the situation. Include identifying details: the email you think you used, the payment method on file, and approximate dates of recent charges. For subscriptions billed through Apple or Google, you can skip the Dubbing AI login entirely and cancel through those platforms’ subscription settings.
Disputing a Charge With Your Card Issuer
If Dubbing AI charges you after you canceled, or support goes silent, you can dispute the charge with your credit card issuer. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you have 60 days from the date the first bill containing the error was sent to file a written dispute, and your maximum liability for unauthorized charges is $50.8Federal Trade Commission. Send the letter to your card issuer’s billing inquiry address, not the payment address, and include your name, account number, the charge amount, and why you believe it’s an error. Certified mail with a return receipt gives you proof of the date. The issuer must acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and resolve it within 90 days.
