To cancel an Easy Walking app subscription, go to the same place you signed up: the Apple App Store on an iPhone or iPad, Google Play on Android, or your account on the Easy Walking website. The billing agreement lives with that platform, not inside the app, and it keeps renewing on its own until you stop it there.
Deleting the App Will Not Stop the Charges
This is the mistake that catches most people. Removing Easy Walking from your phone has no effect on your subscription. You can delete it today and still be charged next month. Both iOS and Android show a warning when you delete a paid app, but it’s easy to tap past without reading. If you’ve already deleted the app, you can still cancel through your account settings without reinstalling anything.
Canceling on iPhone or iPad
If you subscribed through the App Store, do this on your device:
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions. You’ll see every active and expired subscription tied to your Apple Account.
- Select Easy Walking, then tap Cancel Subscription.
After you confirm, the screen shows the date your access expires. You keep the premium features until then, and no further charges go through.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
If you’re on a free or discounted trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being billed for the first full cycle.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple The trial expiration date is on the same subscription details screen.
Canceling on Android
For subscriptions billed through Google Play:
- Open the Settings app on your Android device.
- Tap Google, then your name, then Manage Your Google Account.
- Select Payments & Subscriptions, then Manage Subscriptions.
- Find Easy Walking in the list and tap Cancel Subscription.
Google will ask why you’re leaving. Pick any reason and confirm. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.2Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play
Pause as an Alternative
Google Play lets you pause some subscriptions for one week up to three months instead of canceling. The subscription resumes automatically when the pause window ends, so if you’re done for good, cancel rather than pause. Otherwise you may forget and be charged when it comes back on.2Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play
Prepaid Plans
A prepaid Easy Walking plan through Google Play expires on its own and doesn’t auto-renew, so there’s nothing to cancel. Check your subscriptions list anyway to confirm it shows as expired.2Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play
Canceling From a Web Browser
You don’t need the phone itself. For an Apple subscription, go to account.apple.com, sign in, open Subscriptions, and cancel Easy Walking from there.1Apple Support. If You Signed Up on the Easy Walking Website
A direct subscription from easywalking.io is canceled through your account on the site, not through Apple or Google. Log in, open account settings or billing, and look for the cancel option. Web-based subscriptions often run through payment processors like Stripe, which usually include a cancellation option in the customer portal.3Stripe. Add a Cancellation Page to the Customer Portal
Not sure which path you used? Check the original purchase email. A receipt from Apple or Google means it’s an app store subscription; a receipt from Easy Walking or a payment processor means it was a direct website purchase.
Contacting Easy Walking Support
If the self-service tools aren’t working, email Easy Walking support at support@easywalking.io with “EasyWalking.Review” in the subject line.4Apple. Getting a Refund if You Were Already Charged
If a charge went through after your trial ended or after you thought you’d canceled, request the refund from the platform that processed it.
Apple
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose “Request a refund,” pick a reason, and select the Easy Walking charge. Apple usually responds within 48 hours and evaluates each request individually. There’s no published hard deadline, but sooner is better.5Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple
Google Play
Open Google Play, go to your order history, and tap “Report a problem” next to the Easy Walking charge. The subscription refund window is typically 48 hours after purchase, so file quickly. Approved refunds generally show up on the original payment method within a few business days.6Google Play Help. Learn About Google Play Refund Policies
Stopping Charges Through Your Bank
If charges keep hitting after you’ve canceled through the proper channel, you can ask your bank or card issuer to place a stop payment order on the merchant. Give the order at least three business days before the next scheduled charge. Your bank may require a phone request to be followed up in writing within 14 days, so don’t let that slip.7Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. You Have Protections When It Comes to Automatic Debit Payments From Your Account
A couple of catches. Banks commonly charge a fee for a stop payment. And a stop payment doesn’t cancel the underlying subscription with Easy Walking, so if you haven’t canceled through the app store or the website first, the company may still treat the account as active and send the balance to collections. Cancel the subscription, then use a stop payment only as a safety net.
A credit card chargeback is a separate option but a weak one for a subscription you signed up for and simply forgot to cancel. The merchant can show you enrolled, and card issuers tend to side with them in that situation. Chargebacks are built for unauthorized charges, not missed cancellation deadlines.
