How to Cancel Emochi Subscription: iPhone, Android, and Web

Emochi routes payments three different ways. App Store downloads bill through Apple, Google Play downloads bill through Google, and sign-ups at emochi.com run through Stripe.1FlowGPT. This matters because canceling in the wrong place does nothing. Apple can’t cancel a Google Play subscription, Google can’t touch a Stripe plan, and so on. If you’re still not sure, open the Emochi app, go to Settings, and tap Membership to see your current plan details.3Emochi. Settings

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Tap your name at the top of the menu.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Select Emochi.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll to find it. A red expiration message instead means the subscription is already canceled.

Apple requires cancellation at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancel inside that window and Apple may still charge you for the next cycle before the cancellation takes effect.5Apple. Cancel on Android

  • Open the Google Play Store app.
  • Tap your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
  • Tap Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  • Select Emochi.
  • Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Cancel a Website Subscription

Sign-ups made at emochi.com run through Stripe.2Emochi. Emochi Subscription – Upgrade for More AI Roleplay These are generally managed from your Emochi account settings or through a billing management link that Stripe emails you. Search your inbox for Stripe emails that link to a plan management page.

If no management link turns up, email Emochi support at support@flowgpt.com and ask them to cancel directly.7Emochi. Emochi Terms of Service Include the email address on the account so they can find it.

What Happens After You Cancel

You keep access until the end of the current billing period on both Apple and Google.5Apple. Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions – Section: Subscriptions Cancel two weeks into a monthly plan and you still have two weeks left. One exception on Apple: canceling during a free trial may end access right away rather than at the trial’s end date.

Check your subscription list once more to confirm no renewal is scheduled, and save the confirmation email from Apple, Google, or Stripe in case a charge shows up later.

Getting a Refund

Canceling stops future charges. It doesn’t automatically return money already paid. How you ask for a refund depends on who billed you.

Apple

Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose “Request a refund,” pick a reason, and select the Emochi charge from your purchase history.8Apple Support. Google Play

Google may refund a charge if you ask within 48 hours. After that, Google sends you to the developer’s own refund policy.9Google Play Help. Stripe (Website)
