To cancel the Chillio app, use the same channel you signed up through: your iPhone or iPad Subscriptions settings if you subscribed via the App Store, Google Play if you used an Android device, or the Chillio website (or an email to support@get-chillio.app) if you paid directly. Start by Checking How You Subscribed
Chillio bills through three different systems, and each one has its own cancellation path. If you signed up on an iPhone or iPad, Apple handles the payment. If you signed up on an Android device, it goes through Google Play. If you signed up on the Chillio website with a credit card, Chillio bills you directly. Canceling through the wrong system does nothing; the charges keep coming.
Look at a recent charge on your bank or card statement. A charge from Apple or Google points to the app store route. A charge that names Chillio or its payment processor points to the website route.
Cancel on an iPhone or iPad

- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Chillio.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. You may need to scroll down to find the button.

Cancel on Android
For Google Play subscriptions, deleting the app does not stop the billing. You have to cancel inside the Play Store:3Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play
- Open Google Play and go to Subscriptions.
- Tap Chillio in the list.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
Google also offers a pause option that freezes billing without ending the subscription, which is worth using if you plan to come back later.
Cancel a Web Subscription
If you signed up on the Chillio website with a credit card, the app store steps will not work because neither Apple nor Google is handling your billing. Log into your account through a browser, open the billing or account section of your dashboard, and use the cancellation option there.
If the site does not show a clear cancel button, email support@get-chillio.app with your User ID and a request to cancel. Your User ID is on the account tab of the Chillio website after you log in. The 24-Hour Deadline That Trips People Up
Chillio’s terms require cancellation at least 24 hours before your current period ends. If you subscribed on the 10th and your monthly cycle renews on the 10th of the next month, your cancellation has to be through by the 9th. The same rule applies to free trials: cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires, or you get charged the full subscription price shown on your original payment screen.1Get Chillio. Renewal is automatic at the end of every period you chose at signup, whether weekly, monthly, or another interval. Charges hit at the start of the next cycle, with no grace period after renewal.1Get Chillio. Subscription and Refund Terms
What Happens After You Cancel
Cancellation does not cut off access right away. You keep the premium features through the end of the period you already paid for. Cancel a monthly plan on day 15, and you still have access through the rest of the month. Trials and annual plans work the same way.
Confirm the cancellation in two places: the status in your account settings, and a confirmation email at the address you signed up with. Save that email. If a charge shows up later that you have to dispute, it is your best evidence.
If Charges Keep Coming After You Cancel
If you still see charges after canceling, one of three things usually happened: the cancellation did not fully process, you canceled through the wrong platform, or you missed the 24-hour window.
Email Chillio Support First
Write to support@get-chillio.app with your cancellation confirmation, your User ID, and the dates of the charges you are disputing. Give the company a chance to fix it before you go to your bank or card issuer.
Stop Payment Through Your Bank
Under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, you have the right to stop preauthorized recurring transfers from your bank account. Dispute the Charge on a Credit Card
If you paid by credit card, the Fair Credit Billing Act gives you a separate route. Write to your card issuer at the billing inquiries address (not the payment address) within 60 days of the statement showing the charge. Include your name, account number, a description of the problem, and copies of your cancellation confirmation. The issuer has to acknowledge the dispute within 30 days and resolve it within 90. You can withhold payment on the disputed amount during the investigation, and federal law caps your liability for unauthorized charges at $50.6Federal Trade Commission. How to Request a Refund

- You contact support within 30 days of your initial purchase and before your current period ends.
- You used the program consistently: at least 6 consecutive days within the first 30 days on monthly or longer plans, or at least 4 consecutive days within the first 7 days on weekly plans.
- You send screenshots of completed lessons as proof you used the plan.
Send the request to support@get-chillio.app from the same email address you signed up with. Include your order number, the reason for the refund, and your screenshots. EU and UK Residents
EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right from the purchase date, allowing cancellation and a full refund without giving a reason. That right ends once you have started using the digital content and consented to waive the withdrawal period.
