How to Cancel GolfLogix Subscription on iPhone, Android, or Web

To cancel a GolfLogix subscription, go to the platform that processed your original payment — the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or golflogix.com — and cancel there. Canceling inside the GolfLogix app itself does not stop the charges. Here is how to cancel a GolfLogix subscription on each platform, plus what to do if a charge appears after you’ve already canceled.

Find Out Who’s Billing You

Check your email for the original purchase confirmation, or look at the merchant name on your bank or card statement. That name tells you whether Apple, Google, or GolfLogix is the biller. This matters because Apple and Google each run their own billing systems, and neither can cancel a subscription processed by the other.

If you subscribed through the App Store, cancellation happens in your device settings, not inside the GolfLogix app.1Apple. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Tap your name at the top of the screen.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Select GolfLogix, then tap Cancel Subscription.

  • Open your device’s Settings app, tap Google, tap your name, then tap Manage your Google Account.
  • Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Manage subscriptions.
  • Select the GolfLogix subscription.

You keep premium access through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. Your Google account will then show the subscription as canceled with an expiration date.

Canceling Through the GolfLogix Website

If you subscribed directly on golflogix.com, cancellation goes through GolfLogix. The company’s terms state you can cancel by contacting Customer Service by phone, email, or in writing.4GolfLogix. What Happens After You Cancel

You will usually keep premium features through the last day of your current billing period. After that, the account reverts to the free version, which still provides basic GPS yardages.

Watch for a confirmation email or an updated subscription status in Apple, Google, or your GolfLogix account. Take a screenshot showing the cancellation date and the end-of-service date. If a charge appears later, this documentation is what you’ll need.

If You’re Still Charged After Canceling

Charges after a confirmed cancellation happen more often than most people expect with app-based subscriptions. Start with whoever billed you — Apple, Google, or GolfLogix — and send the cancellation confirmation as evidence.

If that doesn’t resolve it, file a dispute (sometimes called a chargeback) with your credit card or debit card issuer. The FTC recommends starting the dispute through your card account online or by calling the number on the back of your card, then following up with a written letter to the billing disputes address your card company provides.6Federal Trade Commission.
