To cancel your GoPuff Fam subscription, open the same place you signed up — the GoPuff app or website, Apple’s subscription settings, or Google Play — and cancel before your next billing date. The membership runs about $7.99 a month and renews automatically. You keep Fam benefits through the end of the billing period you already paid for, but GoPuff does not refund the unused time when you cancel yourself.
Check Where You Signed Up First
This is the step people skip, and it’s why cancellations fail. If you subscribed directly through GoPuff, you cancel through GoPuff. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms handle the billing, and canceling inside the GoPuff app alone will not stop the charges.
The quickest way to tell: look at your bank or credit card statement. Charges from Apple or Google mean you subscribed through one of those stores. Charges from GoPuff mean you signed up directly. You can also open your Apple or Google subscription list and see whether GoPuff appears there.
Cancel Directly Through GoPuff
In the app, go to Account Settings, tap FAM Membership, then tap Cancel Membership.1Gopuff. Screenshot the confirmation, or save the email if one arrives. If a charge shows up later, that screenshot is your evidence when you dispute it with your bank.
Cancel Through Apple on iPhone or iPad
Open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find GoPuff in the list and tap Cancel Subscription.3Apple Support. If GoPuff doesn’t appear under your Apple subscriptions, you probably signed up directly with GoPuff. Go back to the previous section.
Cancel Through Google Play on Android
Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then go to Payments and Subscriptions and select Manage Subscriptions. Tap GoPuff, then Cancel Subscription.4Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play
Google recommends canceling at least 48 hours before your renewal date so the cancellation lands before the next charge. Canceling inside the GoPuff app will not stop Google from billing you if Google is where you subscribed.
If You’re on a Free or Promotional Trial
GoPuff sometimes runs promotional trials, including a 30-day monthly trial for $0.99. When a trial ends, it rolls over into a full-price paid subscription on the payment method you have on file.2Gopuff. The Fam terms don’t name a required cutoff window, so canceling a day early technically works, but giving yourself a few days of margin is safer.
Cancellation during a trial uses the same steps as a paid subscription, and you can usually keep using the trial benefits through the end of the trial.
What Happens After You Cancel
Your Fam benefits, including free delivery, stay active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.2Gopuff. Fam Subscription Terms and Conditions Cancel on day five of a monthly cycle and you still get the remaining 25 or so days of waived delivery fees.
You will not get a refund for the unused time. GoPuff’s terms state that if you cancel a prepaid monthly or yearly subscription yourself, no refund is issued.2Gopuff. If you’re undecided, set a calendar reminder a few days before your renewal date so you can cancel in time instead of paying for another cycle.
Canceling Fam does not delete your GoPuff account. You can still place orders; you just pay delivery fees again. You can resubscribe later through the same account.
If Cancellation Isn’t Working

If a charge appears after you canceled, check whether you have two active subscriptions, one through GoPuff and another through Apple or Google. This happens most often after reinstalling the app on a new phone and signing up again while the original subscription is still running on the other platform. For charges you believe are genuinely unauthorized, your bank’s dispute process paired with your cancellation screenshot is the fastest way to get the money back.
