How to Cancel Hallmark Plus on Roku: Device, Website, or Billing App

To cancel Hallmark Plus on Roku, first confirm Roku is the one billing you, then turn off auto-renew either from your Roku device or at my.roku.com. If a different company charges your card each month, Roku can’t cancel the subscription and you’ll need to go back to whoever signed you up.

Check Who Bills You

Sign in at my.roku.com/subscriptions and look for Hallmark Plus under your active subscriptions. If it’s listed there, Roku handles the billing and the steps below will work.1Roku Support. Manage or Cancel Subscriptions on Roku

Your bank statement is another way to tell. Roku-billed subscriptions show up as charges from “Roku,” “Roku for ___,” or “The Roku Channel.” Charges from Hallmark directly, or from Apple, Google, or Amazon, mean the subscription lives with that provider instead.2Roku Support. Cancel From Your Roku Device

Grab your remote and work from the home screen:

  • Press the Home button.
  • Use the arrow keys to highlight the Hallmark Plus channel icon. Don’t open it.
  • Press the Star button (the asterisk) to bring up the options menu.
  • Select Manage subscription. If that option isn’t there, Roku isn’t your biller.
  • Select Turn off auto-renew. You’ll then be asked whether to remove the app now or keep it for the rest of the paid period.3Roku Support. Manage or Cancel Subscriptions on Roku

Once auto-renew is off, the screen will show an expiration date instead of a renewal date. That’s your confirmation.

Cancel From the Roku Website

If you’d rather use a browser:

  • Sign in at my.roku.com and open Manage your subscriptions.
  • Find Hallmark Plus under Active subscriptions and select it.
  • Click Manage subscription, then Turn off auto-renew.1Roku Support. Manage or Cancel Subscriptions on Roku

The page updates right away and shows the date your access ends.

If Hallmark or an App Store Bills You

When Hallmark Plus isn’t in your Roku subscription list, you likely signed up on the Hallmark website. Cancel from Hallmark’s account settings:

Deleting the Channel Doesn’t Cancel Anything

This is the mistake that keeps charges coming. Removing the Hallmark Plus icon from your Roku home screen does nothing to the recurring bill. Billing lives in Roku’s account system, separate from whether the app sits on your device. You can delete the channel and still get charged every month. What Happens After You Cancel

Canceling stops future charges but doesn’t end access on the spot. You keep Hallmark Plus through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. On the $7.99 monthly plan, that’s the end of the current month; on the $79.99 annual plan, it’s the end of the year.5Roku Support. Roku Content and Subscription Refund Policy

Your account page will show a “Canceled” status and the date your viewing access expires. Take a screenshot of that confirmation. If a charge shows up later and you need to dispute it, that screen is the cleanest record you’ll have.
