How to Cancel Her Bodhi Subscription: Website, Apple, and Google Play

To cancel your Her Bodhi subscription, go to the platform where you originally signed up (Her Bodhi’s website, the Apple App Store, or Google Play) and cancel there at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Two timing rules decide what the cancellation actually costs you, so read those first before you click anything.

Two Timing Rules That Change What You Pay

Her Bodhi requires cancellation at least 48 hours before the current subscription period expires. Miss that window and the subscription renews automatically for another cycle; your cancellation only takes effect at the end of that renewed period.1HerBodhi. Terms of Service

The second rule is the one that surprises people. If you cancel before your second subscription charge is processed, Her Bodhi will require you to pay back the discount you received. Subscription plans are priced below single-purchase pricing, so early cancellation means you owe the difference between the discounted subscription rate you paid and the regular price. You’ll be asked to authorize that charge through self-service before the cancellation completes.1HerBodhi. Terms of Service

If you signed up for a multi-month plan at a steep discount, canceling right away saves less than you’d expect. Do the math on the clawback before deciding when to cancel.

Canceling on the Her Bodhi Website

If you subscribed directly at herbodhi.com, cancel there. Log in with the email and password from signup, open your profile settings, and find the subscription or account management section. Select cancel and work through the confirmation prompts.

Expect a retention screen that lists what you’ll lose or offers a lower rate to keep you. Move past it. The final confirmation click is what actually cancels; stop before that and nothing changes.

If the site won’t cooperate or you can’t find the right menu, email support at hello@herbodhi.com with your account email and a clear cancellation request.2HerBodhi. Contacts

Canceling Through the Apple App Store

If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, Apple handles the billing. Canceling inside the Her Bodhi app or on their website will not stop the charges. You have to go through Apple.

Open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Her Bodhi in the list, tap it, then tap Cancel Subscription. If there’s no cancel button and you see an expiration date in red, the subscription is already canceled.3Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. If you believe a charge was wrong, request a refund separately at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple reviews these case by case.4Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple

Canceling Through Google Play

On Android, open the Google Play app, go to your subscriptions, select Her Bodhi, and tap Cancel Subscription. Follow the prompts to confirm.5Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

You can reach the same menu through Settings by tapping Google, then Manage Your Google Account, then Payments & Subscriptions, then Manage Subscriptions.5Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

Two things worth knowing. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. And if Her Bodhi isn’t in your list at all, you may be signed into a different Google account than the one you subscribed with; check your other accounts before assuming something is broken.5Google Play Help. What Happens After You Cancel

You should receive a confirmation email at the address on your account. Save it. If a charge shows up later that shouldn’t, that email is the fastest way to resolve the dispute with your bank or the app store.

Your access continues until the paid period ends. Cancel on day ten of a monthly cycle that started on the first, and you keep access through the end of that month. After that, your account drops to whatever limited access Her Bodhi offers non-subscribers.

Deleting Your Account and Personal Data

Canceling stops future charges but does not erase your account or the data Her Bodhi has collected. To have your data removed, email hello@herbodhi.com and ask the Data Protection Officer to delete your information.6HerBodhi. Privacy Policy

Even after a deletion request, not everything is wiped immediately. Data used for personalized plans can be kept up to two years after your last account update or until you withdraw consent, whichever is sooner. Transaction and contract records may be retained for up to five years after service ends, because accounting rules can require it.6HerBodhi. Privacy Policy
