To cancel a Herbavita subscription, email support@tryherbavita.com from the address you used to order and ask in plain language for cancellation and a stop to all future charges. Herbavita does not publish a self-service cancel button or a phone number, and consumers frequently report slow or missing responses, so treat the email as step one and immediately contact your bank or payment provider to block further billing. If you’re within 60 days of your purchase, ask for a refund in the same email.
Send the Cancellation Email
The only contact method Herbavita lists on its site is support@tryherbavita.com.1Herbavita. Contact Us Write from the email address on your account so the company can match your request. Put the request in the subject line, something like “Cancel Subscription — [Your Name],” and in the body include your full name, your order email, and your order number if you have one. Say directly that you want to cancel and stop all future charges. Skip the pleasantries that soften the ask.
Before you close the tab, save a screenshot or PDF of the sent message. That timestamp is what you’ll rely on if a charge appears later and you need to show your bank when you asked to cancel. If you don’t get a written confirmation within a few business days, send a follow-up, and start the payment-side steps below in parallel.
Block Future Charges Through Your Payment Provider
Emailing the company is the request. Cutting off the payment channel is the guarantee. How you do this depends on how you paid.
- Credit or debit card: Call the number on the back of the card and tell your issuer you want to stop recurring charges from Herbavita. Most banks can place a merchant block that prevents future billing from a specific company. If a charge you didn’t authorize has already posted, open a billing dispute in the same call.
- PayPal: Log in, open your settings, and find the payments or subscriptions section. You can cancel pre-approved recurring payments from there.2PayPal. How To Cancel Recurring Payments in 4 Ways
- Apple or Google Play: If you subscribed through a phone, check the device’s subscription settings. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, and select Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store and tap Subscriptions.2PayPal. How To Cancel Recurring Payments in 4 Ways
Blocking at the payment level doesn’t formally end your agreement with Herbavita, but it stops the money from moving while you resolve the cancellation. Do both.
Ask for a Refund If You’re Within 60 Days
Herbavita advertises a 60-day money-back guarantee described as “no questions asked” on its FAQ page.3Herbavita. FAQs The published policy doesn’t mention return shipping or restocking fees.4Herbavita. FAQs If you’re inside that window, use the same cancellation email to request a full refund. Name the guarantee and include your order date. Herbavita’s page states the refund should arrive the same day you contact the company; if it doesn’t, keep that promise on file as evidence for a bank dispute.
Dispute Charges That Appear After You Cancel
If a charge posts after your cancellation request, the Fair Credit Billing Act gives you a formal way to fight it. You can dispute billing errors, including unauthorized charges, by sending a written notice to your credit card issuer within 60 days of the statement date showing the charge.5Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors The letter needs your name, account number, the disputed amount, and a short explanation of why the charge is wrong.
Send it to the billing inquiries address on your statement, not the payment address. The FTC recommends certified mail with a return receipt. While the investigation is open, you can withhold payment on the disputed amount without being reported delinquent or sent to collections.6Federal Trade Commission. Using Credit Cards and Disputing Charges
The 60-day window is strict. Check your statements every month after cancellation until you’re sure the charges have stopped; two missed billing cycles can cost you FCBA protection for that charge.
What to Do If Herbavita Won’t Cancel
Two federal rules work in your favor. The FTC’s Click-to-Cancel rule, which took effect in 2025, requires subscription sellers to make cancellation at least as simple as sign-up; if you subscribed online, you must be able to cancel online, without being forced onto a phone call or a retention chat you didn’t go through to enroll.7Federal Trade Commission. Negative Option Rule The Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act (ROSCA) separately makes it illegal to charge you through an auto-renewing subscription unless the seller provides simple ways to stop the charges and got your informed consent up front.9Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 8403 – Negative Option Marketing on the Internet
If Herbavita ignores your requests or makes cancellation unreasonably difficult, file a complaint at reportfraud.ftc.gov.10Federal Trade Commission.
