How to Cancel Higgsfield Subscription: Refunds and Charges

To cancel a Higgsfield subscription, use the channel where you originally paid: cancel inside your Higgsfield account settings if you subscribed on the website, or through Apple or Google if you subscribed on a phone or tablet. The whole process takes a couple of minutes, and Higgsfield’s terms keep the plan on auto-renewal until you actively cancel, so timing matters if you want to avoid another charge.

Cancel Through Your Higgsfield Account

If you signed up on higgsfield.ai, cancel from the dashboard:

  • Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  • Select “Manage Account” from the dropdown.
  • Open the “Subscription” tab.
  • Click “Manage Subscription.”
  • Scroll to the section labeled “Danger Zone.”
  • Expand it, read the warning, and click “Cancel Subscription.”
  • Confirm when prompted.

Higgsfield emails a confirmation to the address on your account once cancellation goes through. Save it. If a charge shows up after your cancellation date, that email is the single most useful thing to have when disputing it with your bank.

Cancel Through Apple or Google

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, the cancel button inside Higgsfield will not stop the charges. Apple and Google handle billing on their own systems, so you need to cancel where you paid.

On iPhone or iPad

Open Settings, tap your Apple ID at the top, then tap “Subscriptions.” Find Higgsfield and tap “Cancel Subscription.”1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple Your access stays active until the end of the current billing period, but Apple will not renew it.

On Android

Open Settings, tap Google, then your name, then “Manage your Google Account.” Go to “Payments & subscriptions,” then “Manage subscriptions.”2Google Play. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play Select Higgsfield and tap “Cancel subscription.” Access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.

What Happens After You Cancel

Canceling stops future renewals. It does not cut off access immediately. Higgsfield’s terms state that you keep your subscription features through the end of the current billing period, and no prorated refund is issued for the remaining time.3Higgsfield. Higgsfield Terms of Use Agreement Cancel on day five of a monthly plan and you still get the remaining days.

One thing catches people off guard: unused credits are forfeited when your account is canceled or the service ends. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for a refund.3Higgsfield. Higgsfield Terms of Use Agreement If you have credits sitting in the account, spend them before you cancel or accept that they disappear.

Can You Get a Refund

Higgsfield’s refund window is narrow. You can request a refund within seven days of your initial purchase, but only if you have not used any credits. Renewals are not eligible for refunds at all. Where permitted by law, approved refunds may also be reduced by a service fee of up to six percent of the original purchase price.3Higgsfield. Higgsfield Terms of Use Agreement

So if you signed up, generated some videos with your credits, and then decided the service was not for you, Higgsfield’s own policy does not entitle you to a refund. Both conditions have to be met: within seven days, and zero credit usage.

Refunds Through Apple or Google

Subscribers who paid through a mobile platform can request a refund from Apple or Google directly, regardless of Higgsfield’s own policy. Apple does not publish a fixed refund window, noting that eligibility varies by country and that consumer law protections apply where relevant.4Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple Google Play generally handles refund requests made within 48 hours of purchase directly; after that, Google directs you to contact the app developer.5Google Help. Request a Refund on Google Play For unauthorized charges, Google allows reports within 120 days of the transaction.

If the Cancel Button Is Not There

If the cancellation option does not appear in your account settings, or the process fails, email support@higgsfield.ai from the address registered to your account.6Higgsfield. Trust and Transparency Higgsfield will not accept cancellation requests sent from a different email address or submitted by someone else on your behalf.3Higgsfield. Higgsfield Terms of Use Agreement

Include your full name, the email on the account, and a clear statement that you want to cancel. If you also want a refund, add the purchase date and confirm you have not used any credits.

If You Get Charged After Canceling

A charge sometimes posts after you thought you had canceled. Usually the cancellation went in after the billing cycle already renewed, or the wrong channel was used (canceling inside the Higgsfield site when the original purchase went through Apple, for instance). Check your confirmation email and compare its date against the charge date before assuming something went wrong.

If the charge is genuinely unauthorized, contact Higgsfield support with your cancellation confirmation and ask them to reverse it. If that fails, file a dispute with your credit card company or bank.
