How to Cancel iDrama on iPhone, Android, or Web

To cancel an iDrama subscription, go to whoever is charging you: if you signed up on an iPhone or iPad, cancel in your Apple ID settings; on Android, cancel in the Google Play Store; and if you paid directly on iDrama’s website with a credit card, cancel through your account there or by emailing iDrama support. The cancellation does not happen inside the iDrama app itself. You keep premium access until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and iDrama’s terms state that fees already paid are non-refundable.1iDrama. iDrama User Agreement

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

If you subscribed through the App Store, Apple is the billing party.

  • Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  • Tap Subscriptions to see everything tied to your Apple ID.
  • Select iDrama to open your current plan and renewal date.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down. If you see a red expiration message instead, it is already canceled.

You can also cancel from a Mac by opening the App Store, clicking your name in the bottom-left corner, going to Account Settings, and clicking Manage next to Subscriptions.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple If no Cancel Subscription button appears anywhere, you probably didn’t subscribe through Apple in the first place, so try the website route below.

Cancel on Android

Google Play handles the billing, not the iDrama app.

  • Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile icon in the top-right.
  • Tap Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  • Select iDrama from your active subscriptions.
  • Tap Cancel subscription and confirm through the prompts.

Google may ask why you’re leaving and offer a discount. Skip past those screens and confirm. Deleting the iDrama app from your phone does not cancel anything. The charge keeps renewing until you cancel through the Play Store.

Cancel a Direct Website Subscription

If you paid with a credit card on iDrama’s website, neither Apple nor Google can help. iDrama’s user agreement says you can cancel at any time, but it has to go through their system.1iDrama. iDrama User Agreement Log into your account on the site and look under subscription or account settings for an option to turn off auto-renewal.

If you can’t find that option, email support@idrama.video.1iDrama. iDrama User Agreement Include the email tied to your account, the plan you’re on, and a clear request to stop future charges. Save a copy of that email. A written request creates the paper trail you’ll want if a charge shows up later.

Confirm the Cancellation Went Through

Go back into the same screen you used to cancel and check the status. On Apple, a canceled subscription shows an expiration date instead of a renewal date. Google Play does the same, marking the subscription as ending on a specific date.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

You should also get a confirmation email from Apple, Google, or iDrama within a few minutes. Save it, and take a screenshot of the subscription screen showing the canceled status. If a charge lands after your cancellation date, that email and screenshot are your evidence.

Your premium access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. iDrama’s terms are explicit that there is no refund for the current period, but the service stays live until it expires.1iDrama. iDrama User Agreement

What Happens to Your Coins and Content

iDrama uses in-app coins that you may have bought or earned. Coins can only be spent inside iDrama and cannot be converted to cash or transferred.1iDrama. iDrama User Agreement Canceling the subscription does not wipe your coin balance or viewing history, so unused coins stay in your account if you come back later.

Deleting your iDrama account is different. That erases everything permanently: coin balance, unlocked episodes, watch history, and purchase records.1iDrama. iDrama User Agreement Spend any coins first if you plan to delete. There’s no recovery once the account is gone.

Getting a Refund

iDrama’s user agreement says fees are generally non-refundable.1iDrama. iDrama User Agreement The app store that actually processed your payment has its own refund policy, though, and those policies can produce a refund even when the developer says no.

Apple Refunds

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the iDrama charge, and select Request a refund. Apple reviews these case by case and doesn’t publish a hard deadline, though filing sooner improves your odds. Eligibility varies by country.3Apple Support. Google Play Refunds

Google is more specific. If the subscription purchase was within the last 48 hours, you may be eligible for a refund. After 48 hours, the window closes for most subscription charges.4Google Play Help. If You’re Charged After Canceling

If a charge hits your card after you’ve confirmed the cancellation, the Fair Credit Billing Act lets you dispute it. Send a written dispute to your credit card issuer within 60 days of the statement showing the charge.5Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors

The letter needs your name and account number, the specific charge you’re disputing, and why you believe it’s wrong. The issuer has 30 days to acknowledge the dispute and must resolve the investigation within two billing cycles, and no more than 90 days. During that time, the issuer cannot try to collect the disputed amount or report it as delinquent.5Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors

Attach your cancellation confirmation email and the screenshot of the canceled subscription screen. A charge that came after a documented cancellation is one of the cleaner disputes a card issuer sees.
