To cancel an Instaflex subscription, call 1-800-436-0920 or email support@instaflex.com before your next billing date and ask the representative to end all future shipments. If you signed up through the trial offer, you have 18 days from your order date to cancel before the recurring charge of $69.99 per month plus shipping and tax begins.1Instaflex® Official Site. Terms and Conditions If you subscribed through Amazon or GNC instead of the Instaflex website, you’ll cancel through that retailer’s account settings, not through Instaflex.
The 18-Day Trial Deadline
The trial offer sends you a sample bottle for a shipping and processing fee. You then have 18 days from the order date to cancel. Miss that window and Instaflex bills you $69.99 plus shipping, processing, and tax for a 30-day supply, and repeats that charge every 30 days until you cancel.1Instaflex® Official Site. Terms and Conditions
The clock starts on the day you order, not the day the bottle arrives. If the sample takes a week to ship, you have roughly ten days after it lands to decide. Mark 18 days from your order date on a calendar and treat it as a hard deadline.
Canceling Directly With Instaflex
There is no online cancel button. You’ll need to contact the company by phone or email.
By Phone
Call 1-800-436-0920. Have your full name, the email address on the account, and your order number ready. Tell the representative you want to cancel the auto-ship subscription. Before you hang up, ask for a cancellation confirmation number and the name of the person you spoke with, and write both down. The representative may offer a discount or a longer interval between shipments to keep you enrolled; you aren’t obligated to accept, and Instaflex’s FAQ says you can cancel at any time, for any reason.2Instaflex. Frequently Asked Questions
By Email
Email support@instaflex.com with a subject line such as “Cancel Auto-Ship Subscription.” In the body include your full name, the email tied to the account, and your order number, and state that you want to cancel all future shipments and billing immediately.3Instaflex. Contact Us Email creates a written record that helps if you later need to dispute charges. Don’t rely on email if you’re within a day or two of your next billing date. Call instead.
Timing
Cancel at least one full day before your next scheduled shipment. If you call on the same day a charge is scheduled, Instaflex says you’ll be offered the option to void that day’s shipment, but there is no guarantee the system will catch it in time.1Instaflex® Official Site. Terms and Conditions
Canceling Through Amazon or GNC
If you subscribed through a retailer, Instaflex customer service can’t stop those charges. You have to cancel where the subscription lives.
Amazon
Amazon subscriptions are managed in a separate area from your order history:
- Open Your Memberships and Subscriptions in your account.
- Find the Instaflex subscription in the list.
- Select Manage Subscription.
- Select Cancel Subscription under Advanced Controls.
The cancellation applies before the next scheduled delivery.4Amazon. Manage Your Amazon Subscriptions
GNC
Sign in to your GNC account, go to My Account, select Subscribe to Save to view active recurring orders, then choose Cancel this order next to the Instaflex product.5GNC. Help Center
Refunds on Shipments Already Sent
If a shipment was billed or delivered before your cancellation took effect, call 1-800-436-0920 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number are rejected.2Instaflex. Frequently Asked Questions
Write the RMA number on the outside of the box along with your name and return address. Inside, include a note with your full name, order number, cancellation number, RMA number, and contact information. Ship with tracking so you have proof of delivery. Send the return to Instaflex, 2323 South 3600 West, Suite 1, West Valley City, UT 84119. Return shipping is your responsibility; Instaflex’s published terms don’t mention prepaid labels.
If Charges Continue After You Cancel
Auto-ship programs sometimes keep billing after a cancellation. You have options beyond calling customer service again.
Dispute the Charge With Your Card Issuer
If you paid with a credit card, the Fair Credit Billing Act lets you dispute a charge by writing to your card issuer within 60 days of the statement that shows it. Your letter needs your name, account number, and an explanation of why the charge is wrong. Send it to the billing inquiries address, not the payment address, and keep a copy.6Office of the Law Revision Counsel. US Code Title 15 – Section 1666 The issuer must acknowledge the dispute within 30 days and resolve it within two billing cycles, and you can withhold payment on the disputed amount while the investigation is open.7Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Using Credit Cards and Disputing Charges
Stop Payment Through Your Bank
If you paid with a debit card or bank account, ask your bank to place a stop payment order on future charges from Instaflex. Banks typically charge a fee. Notify the bank and Instaflex in writing that you’ve revoked authorization; after that, any further charges are treated as errors you can request the bank to refund.8Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. How Do I Stop Automatic Payments From My Bank Account?
Blocking payment at the bank does not cancel the subscription itself. If you skip the cancellation step, Instaflex may treat the account as active and send an unpaid balance to collections. Cancel with the merchant first, then use the bank as a backstop.
File a Complaint
If Instaflex is unresponsive or keeps billing you, file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission at ftc.gov and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at consumerfinance.gov. The FTC finalized a click-to-cancel rule in 2024 requiring sellers to make cancellation as easy as sign-up.9Federal Trade Commission. Confirming It Stuck
Save the cancellation confirmation email or number. Watch your bank or credit card statements for at least two full billing cycles. A stray charge 30 days later is much easier to dispute when you have a dated confirmation to point to. If a charge shows up, act quickly: the 60-day dispute window under the Fair Credit Billing Act runs from the date the statement is sent, not the date you spot the charge.6Office of the Law Revision Counsel.
