Keurig Customer Service Before you do either, check whether your brewer came with a pod commitment. Canceling early on that type of subscription can cost hundreds of dollars.

Check for a SMART Brewer Commitment First

If you bought a K-CafĂ© SMART, K-Supreme Plus SMART, or K-Supreme SMART brewer at 50% off or more through Keurig’s Starter Kit program, your discount came with a pod commitment: 24 boxes over 12 months, spread across at least six shipments.2Keurig. SMART Delivery Larger boxes count as multiple units toward that total.

Cancel before you finish the commitment and Keurig charges the difference between what you paid for the brewer and its full list price at the time you bought it.3Keurig. Terms and Conditions If you’re close to the end, finishing the remaining shipments is often cheaper than canceling. Log in and look at how many boxes you’ve received so far before you decide.

Standard Auto-Delivery without a brewer discount has no commitment and no penalty for canceling.

Canceling Online

Log in at keurig.com and work through three clicks:

  • Open “My Auto Delivery” from your account dashboard.
  • Click “View Details” on the subscription you want to end.
  • Scroll down and click “Cancel Auto-Delivery.”

Keurig will offer alternatives before finalizing, such as pausing shipments or changing frequency. Click through those prompts until you reach the final confirmation. The subscription should show as canceled right away. If it still looks active after a few minutes, log out and back in, or call customer service to confirm.

Canceling by Phone

Call 866-901-2739. Tell the representative you want to cancel your Auto-Delivery subscription, and have your account email ready. If you have more than one active subscription, say which one. Ask for a confirmation number or email before you hang up. That record matters if a charge shows up later that shouldn’t.

Phone is the better route if you have a SMART commitment and want to know exactly how much you’ve fulfilled before canceling.

When to Cancel So the Next Order Doesn’t Ship

You can change or cancel an order until 11:59 p.m. Eastern on the day before it’s scheduled to ship.4Keurig. Keurig Auto-Delivery Keurig emails an order reminder before each shipment, and the terms give you three days after that reminder to cancel or modify the upcoming order.5Keurig. Terms and Conditions Miss both windows and the order ships. Canceling after that stops future shipments but won’t pull back the one already on its way.

Cancel as soon as you’ve decided. Waiting until the day before shipment leaves no margin.

Pausing or Skipping Instead

If you want deliveries to stop for now but might restart later, pausing is simpler than canceling and re-enrolling. Keurig lets you change, pause, or cancel at any time, and you can also stretch out the delivery frequency so shipments arrive less often.4Keurig. Keurig Auto-Delivery Both options live in the same “My Auto Delivery” section.

Pausing is especially useful if you have a SMART commitment you haven’t finished. It keeps your enrollment active without forcing pods on you right now.

After You Cancel

Look for a confirmation email within a day. Inside your Keurig account, the subscription status should read inactive or canceled. If neither happens within 48 hours, call 866-901-2739 to confirm.

Watch your bank or credit card statements for one full billing cycle. If a recurring Keurig charge appears that shouldn’t, contact customer service first. If that doesn’t resolve it, dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer.
