To cancel a Leaply subscription, go to the same place you signed up: if you subscribed on the Leaply website, turn off auto-renewal inside your profile; if you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel through your device’s subscription settings instead. Canceling in the wrong place is the most common reason charges keep appearing after people think they’ve stopped them. Whichever path applies, do it at least 24 hours before your next billing date.1TheLeaply. Leaply Subscription and Cancellation Help
Before you start, have the email and password you used to create the account. If you’re not sure which email is on file, search your inbox for a Leaply receipt or welcome message.
Cancel Directly Through Leaply
If you signed up on the Leaply website or web app, cancel from inside your account:
- Sign in and tap the Profile icon.
- Open the Membership Info tab.
- Click Turn off Auto-Renewal.
- Select a reason when prompted, then confirm.
The final confirmation screen is what actually stops future charges, so don’t close the window after picking a reason. Save the confirmation email Leaply sends. That email is your proof if a charge appears later.1TheLeaply. Leaply Subscription and Cancellation Help

When the Cancellation Takes Effect
You need to cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for another cycle.1TheLeaply. Leaply Subscription and Cancellation Help Miss that window and you’ll be billed for one more period.
Access doesn’t cut off the moment you cancel. Your subscription stays active through the end of the cycle you’ve already paid for, and ends when that period expires.
Getting a Refund
Refunds from Leaply are limited. Eligibility is generally restricted to situations like duplicate accounts or technical problems that kept you from using the service, and most refund requests must be raised within 14 days of the charge.1TheLeaply. Leaply Subscription and Cancellation Help If your situation doesn’t fit those narrow categories, a refund is unlikely.
If you subscribed through Apple or Google, the refund request goes through them under their own policies, not through Leaply.
Delete Your Account Permanently
Canceling stops future charges, but your account and data stay on Leaply’s servers. Removing them is a separate step.
- On the website: log in, open Settings in the sidebar, scroll to the bottom, and click Delete inside the Delete Account panel.
- On the mobile app: log in, go to the Profile tab, and tap Delete Account near the bottom.
Deletion is permanent. All your data is removed from Leaply’s servers and cannot be recovered.3Leaply Knowledgebase. How Do I Delete My Account Cancel first, because deleting the account alone may not stop billing that runs through Apple or Google.
