To cancel a Lovescape subscription, go to whichever platform processes your payment — Apple, Google Play, or the Lovescape website — and cancel there. Deleting the app from your phone will not stop the charges, and canceling in the wrong place won’t either. The path that works depends entirely on how you originally signed up.
Check Who Is Actually Charging You
Pull up your bank or credit card statement before you tap anything. Lovescape uses a generic merchant descriptor rather than its own name, so the charge may not jump out at you.1Lovescape. Trust and Safety: Is Your AI Girlfriend Safe? Privacy, Billing, and What Lovescape Actually Stores A line reading “Apple.com/bill” means you subscribed through the App Store. Anything referencing Google means Google Play. A different descriptor usually points to a direct subscription on lovescape.com.
This matters because each platform is a closed loop. Apple subscriptions can only be stopped through Apple. Google Play subscriptions can only be stopped through Google. A website subscription has to be canceled on the site itself. Guessing wrong wastes time and keeps the charges going.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad
If Apple is billing you, open the Settings app and tap your name at the top of the screen. Tap Subscriptions. You’ll see every active subscription tied to your Apple ID. Tap the Lovescape entry, then tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
If Lovescape isn’t in the list, the subscription was either already canceled or purchased somewhere else. If you’re on a free or discounted trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being billed for the first full cycle.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple For a regular paid subscription, canceling any time before the renewal date stops the next charge. You keep premium access until the paid period runs out.
Cancel on Android
Google Play subscriptions are managed through your Google account, not inside the Lovescape app itself. Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon in the top-right corner, then tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Tap the Lovescape entry, tap Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.
You can also get there from the device’s Settings app: tap Google, then your name, then Manage your Google Account, and navigate to Payments & subscriptions.3Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play Either route ends at the same cancellation screen. Aim to cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date to give the system time to process.
Cancel on the Lovescape Website
If you signed up directly on the site, log in at lovescape.com. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and go to the Subscription section in your account settings. Your current plan and a cancel option should appear there.4Lovescape Help Center. Lovescape Premium Membership
Expect a few screens asking why you’re leaving before the cancellation is actually processed. Keep clicking through until you reach a final confirmation page. If you don’t land on a confirmation screen, the subscription may still be active. Screenshot the confirmation and save the confirmation email. That’s your evidence if a charge turns up later.
Deleting the App Won’t Stop the Charges
This is where people lose real money. Uninstalling Lovescape, or even deleting your Lovescape profile, does not cancel the subscription. The billing lives with Apple, Google, or Lovescape’s own payment system, not on your phone. Months of charges can keep running against a card for an app that’s no longer installed.
Lovescape’s help documentation treats the subscription and the account as separate things, telling users to manage the subscription in settings as its own step apart from account deletion.4Lovescape Help Center. Lovescape Premium Membership Cancel billing first. Delete the profile or the app after.
Confirm the Cancellation Took
Go back into your subscription settings on whichever platform you used. A canceled subscription shows an expiration date instead of a renewal date. If the renewal date is still there, the cancellation didn’t go through and you need to run it again. Premium features stay active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, then the account drops to the free tier.4Lovescape Help Center. Lovescape Premium Membership
Getting a Refund
If a charge went through after you thought you’d canceled, the refund request goes to whoever processed the payment, not to Lovescape.
For an Apple charge, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose Request a refund, pick a reason, select the Lovescape charge, and submit.5Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple Apple reviews each request individually with no guaranteed approval.
For a Google Play charge, go to play.google.com, click your profile picture, open Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & order history, and click Report a problem next to the charge. Google usually decides within one to four days. If more than 48 hours have passed since purchase, Google may send you to the developer instead.6Google Play Help. Request a Refund on Google Play
If the Charges Won’t Stop
Federal law requires an online subscription service to offer a cancellation method at least as simple as its sign-up.7Office of the Law Revision Counsel.
