To cancel a MadMuscles subscription, you have to go through whichever service billed you: MadMuscles directly if you signed up on its website, Apple if you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, or Google if you subscribed on Android. MadMuscles can only cancel plans purchased through its own site; Apple and Google control billing for purchases made through their app stores. You keep access to your workouts and meal plans until the end of the current billing period no matter when you cancel.
Check Who Is Actually Billing You
Pull up your bank or credit card statement and look at the charge. If it says Apple, you subscribed through the App Store and need to cancel in your device settings. If it says Google, cancel through the Google Play Store. If the charge comes directly from MadMuscles, cancel on the website or in the app.

Cancel Before a Free Trial Turns Into a Paid Plan
If you’re still in a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. This deadline applies whether you signed up on the website, through Apple, or through Google. Canceling on the MadMuscles Website
Log in through a web browser and follow either path:
- Top-right menu → My account → My subscription → Cancel renewal
- Top-right menu → Support → Cancel subscription
Enter the email address you used at signup and press Continue. The site will display your current subscription. Click “Cancel renewal” and pick a reason.2MadMuscles. Canceling Inside the Mobile App
You can also cancel from the MadMuscles app itself. Open the app and follow: Settings → Help → Subscription → Cancel Subscription.3MadMuscles. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, you may not see a cancel option or the app may push you back to the store; use the steps below in that case.
Canceling Through Apple on iPhone or iPad
If Apple is billing you, MadMuscles cannot cancel on its end. Go through your device:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap MadMuscles.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
If there is no Cancel button, or you see an expiration date in red, the subscription is already canceled. You keep access until the date shown.4Apple Support. Canceling Through Google Play on Android
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the upper corner.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select MadMuscles.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

If the Self-Service Options Aren’t Working
Email MadMuscles at support@madmuscles.com or submit a request through the online contact form.7MadMuscles. How Can I Contact Support Include your registered email and a clear request to cancel. Support operates around the clock and typically replies within one to two business days. Save the confirmation email as proof.
Getting a Refund Is a Separate Request
Canceling stops future charges. It does not refund the payment you already made. If you want your money back, you have to ask for that explicitly.
MadMuscles refunds only your most recent order, and the request has to come within 30 calendar days of that charge. Your first subscription payment is eligible for a full refund inside that window; for renewals, only the latest one qualifies. You’ll need your order number when you contact support. If Charges Keep Coming After You Cancel
First, confirm the cancellation actually went through. Check the Apple or Google subscription screen to see whether the status shows as canceled, or log into MadMuscles to confirm no active plan remains. A lot of “failed” cancellations turn out to be sessions where someone started the process and closed the tab before hitting the final confirmation.
If you truly did cancel and charges continue, contact MadMuscles support and include your cancellation confirmation. If that goes nowhere, dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company. Log into your account or call the number on the back of your card to file a chargeback, and follow up with a written letter to the billing dispute address on your statement.11Federal Trade Commission.
