To cancel a Magic Mind subscription, log into your account at magicmind.com or email hello@magicmind.com and request cancellation. Do it before your next billing date. Once your card is charged, the order goes into production and Magic Mind will not refund that shipment.
Cancel Through Your Account
Sign in at magicmind.com/a/account/login to reach your subscription dashboard. From there you can update billing, change your delivery schedule, or cancel.
The interface will likely ask why you’re leaving and may offer a discount or a paused shipment instead. You don’t owe an explanation. Keep clicking through until you reach a “Confirm Cancellation” button and an explicit message that the subscription is canceled. A retention offer screen is not a confirmation.
Cancel by Email
If the portal gives you trouble, or you want a written record, email hello@magicmind.com. Include the email address on your account and your order number so support can find the subscription quickly. Magic Mind’s FAQ routes all subscription and billing questions to that same address.
Email depends on a person processing the request, so send it well before your next charge. A week of lead time is sensible, and follow up if you don’t hear back within a couple of business days. If the charge posts while your message sits in a queue, that shipment is likely yours to keep.
Watch the Billing Date
Magic Mind’s refund policy is direct: cancel before your card is charged, because the order is already in progress at the warehouse once billing runs. Cancellations after the charge aren’t eligible for refunds.
Check your dashboard for the next charge date and give yourself a buffer. Charges sometimes process earlier than expected, and the system needs a little time to register a cancellation.
First-Order Refund
If you’re canceling because your first shipment didn’t work for you, Magic Mind offers a no-questions-asked refund on first orders. Email hello@magicmind.com to start it. The refund covers up to 60 bottles from your initial order, and you don’t need to ship anything back; Magic Mind won’t accept returns for food safety reasons.
This guarantee applies only to a first purchase. Later subscription shipments aren’t covered unless there was a shipping delay, damage, or a wrong product. For those, email the same address and ask for a replacement or refund.
Confirm the Cancellation
Log back in and verify that your subscription shows as inactive or canceled. Save a screenshot of that screen and any confirmation email. Watch your bank or card statement through the next billing cycle. Billing systems occasionally misfire even after a valid cancellation. If a charge appears, reply to Magic Mind with your confirmation and ask for a reversal.
If Charges Keep Coming
If Magic Mind continues to bill you after you’ve canceled, you have options beyond customer support. The FTC advises filing a chargeback, also called a dispute, with your credit or debit card issuer. You can start it on the issuer’s website or by calling the number on the back of the card, and follow up with a written letter to the billing disputes address your card company lists.
As a last resort, ask your bank to place a stop payment on the recurring charge. Banks typically charge between $20 and $35 for this, but it blocks future charges regardless of what the merchant’s system does. Have your documentation ready first: the confirmation email, a screenshot of the inactive account, or a timestamped copy of your cancellation request.
Pause Instead of Cancel
If you want a break rather than an exit, check the dashboard at magicmind.com/a/account/login for options to skip a shipment or adjust delivery frequency. Pausing or spacing out orders avoids re-subscribing later and preserves any introductory pricing you locked in.
