To cancel your MenuFit subscription, use the Subscriptions section of your iPhone’s Settings or the Google Play subscription manager on Android. The cancellation does not happen inside the MenuFit app itself. MenuFit charges $9.99 per month or $19.99 per year, so canceling before your next billing date stops the next charge, and you keep premium access through the end of the period you already paid for.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad
App Store subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account, not the MenuFit app.
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap MenuFit in the list of active subscriptions.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
If there is no Cancel button and you see an expiration message in red text instead, the subscription is already canceled.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
Cancel on Android Through Google Play
If you subscribed on an Android device, cancel through Google Play rather than the app.
- Open your device’s Settings app.
- Tap Google, then your name, then Manage your Google Account.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Manage subscriptions.
- Select MenuFit.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
You can also get there by opening the Google Play app, tapping your profile icon, and selecting Payments & subscriptions. Both paths lead to the same screen.2Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play
If You Signed Up on the MenuFit Website
If MenuFit doesn’t appear in your Apple or Google subscriptions list, you likely signed up through the MenuFit website or another payment method, and the app-store steps won’t work. Email team@menufitapp.com with the email on your account and a screenshot of the charge, and ask them to cancel. MenuFit does not appear to offer phone support.
What Happens After You Cancel
Canceling does not cut off access right away. Both Apple and Google let you keep using the subscription through the end of the billing period you already paid for. Pay for an annual plan on March 1 and cancel on March 15, and your access runs until the following March 1. No partial refund is issued automatically for the unused portion.2Google Play Help. Canceling and requesting a refund are two different actions. If you were charged unexpectedly and bought through Apple, sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose “Request a refund,” pick a reason, select the MenuFit charge, and submit. Apple typically responds within 48 hours.3Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple Google Play’s policy states that cancellations can’t be undone and payments already made won’t be refunded, though you can contact Google Play support if you believe you were charged in error.4Google Pay Help. Confirm the Cancellation Went Through
Go back into your subscription settings and check that MenuFit now shows an expiration date instead of a renewal date. That’s the clearest signal it worked. Watch your bank or card statement through the next billing cycle to make sure no new charge posts.
Delete Your Account Data
Canceling stops the billing but doesn’t erase your account or the data MenuFit holds. Their privacy policy gives you the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. Email privacy@menufit.com and ask them to delete your account and associated data. The privacy policy does not specify how long they retain information after cancellation, so sending that request promptly is the safer move.
