How to Cancel Millionaire Match and Delete Your Account

To cancel MillionaireMatch, turn off auto-renewal wherever your subscription is billed: on the MillionaireMatch website if you signed up directly, in the Apple App Store if you subscribed on an iPhone, or in Google Play if you subscribed on Android. The whole process takes a few minutes, but timing matters. Subscription fees are non-refundable once three business days pass from the signup date, so if a refund is on the table, move fast. Canceling the subscription and deleting the account are two separate steps.

Cancel on the MillionaireMatch Website

If you subscribed directly on MillionaireMatch.com, cancel there. Log in, click your profile photo icon in the upper-right corner, and select Settings. Open the subscription or membership area, where your billing details and renewal date appear, and follow the prompts to disable auto-renewal.

Your Gold features stay active until the end of the current billing cycle, then the account drops to free-member status. Save or screenshot the confirmation. The service agreement also allows cancellation by email to support@millionairematch.com or through the site’s contact form if the settings path gives you trouble.1MillionaireMatch. Cancel in the Apple App Store (iPhone)

If you subscribed through the iOS app, Apple handles billing and cancellation has to go through Apple. Changing settings inside the dating app itself will not stop the charges.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  • Tap your name at the top of the screen.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Find MillionaireMatch in the list and tap it.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find the button.

If you see a red expiration message instead of a cancel button, the subscription is already canceled, and access continues through the end of the paid period.

Cancel in Google Play (Android)

Android subscribers cancel in Google Play, not inside the app. Open Google Play, go to your subscriptions, select MillionaireMatch, and tap Cancel subscription. Follow the prompts to confirm.3Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

The same controls are reachable through the device’s Settings app: tap Google, then Manage your Google Account, then Payments & subscriptions, then Manage subscriptions. After canceling, confirm the listing shows an expiration date rather than a next billing date.

Deleting the App Does Not Cancel the Subscription

Uninstalling MillionaireMatch from your phone does nothing to stop recurring charges. The billing relationship lives with Apple or Google, not with the app on the device. If you delete the app without canceling first, charges keep arriving on schedule. Cancel formally through the steps above before uninstalling.

The Three-Business-Day Refund Window

MillionaireMatch’s service agreement allows a refund if you cancel within three business days of subscribing, a period it calls the Trial Period. After those three business days, all subscription fees are non-refundable.1MillionaireMatch. MillionaireMatch End User Service Agreement

Gold plans currently range from about $45 to $70 per month depending on plan length, so a missed window costs real money. If you just signed up and want out, contact support@millionairematch.com or submit the contact form immediately. Once the Trial Period closes, the only remaining move is to shut off future renewals and ride out the paid time already purchased.

Delete Your Account If You Want Your Data Removed

Canceling the subscription stops billing but leaves your profile on the site as a free member. To remove the data, delete the account separately. Open Settings under your profile photo icon, select My Account, enter your password, then click “Click here to deactivate or delete your account” and confirm.4MillionaireMatch. Deletion is not instant. If you log back in within six months, the account restores automatically. Only after six months without a login does MillionaireMatch permanently purge the information from its database, and any success stories or community posts you contributed stay on the site even then. If you want the deletion to stick, do not log back in to check.

If Cancellation or a Refund Is Refused

The service agreement says MillionaireMatch aims to respond to support requests within 24 hours. When you write to support@millionairematch.com, include your account email, the date of the charge in question, and a clear statement of what you want: refund, cancellation confirmation, or account deletion.1MillionaireMatch. If the company does not resolve the issue and you believe a charge was improper, file a billing dispute with your credit card issuer. Federal law gives you 60 calendar days from the date the charge appeared on your statement to submit a written dispute, and the issuer then has 30 days to acknowledge the claim.5Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The FTC’s click-to-cancel rule separately requires subscription services to make canceling at least as easy as signing up.
