How you cancel a Mindway subscription depends on who processed your payment. If you signed up on an iPhone or iPad, cancel through your Apple Account settings. If you signed up on Android, cancel through Google Play. If you subscribed on the Mindway website, there is no self-service cancel button; you have to email their support team and ask them to end it.
Canceling in the wrong place does nothing. The app itself doesn’t control billing on mobile, and your Mindway web account doesn’t carry a toggle to switch off a mobile subscription. Get the billing source right first.
Check Who’s Actually Charging You
Open the original purchase confirmation in your email, or look at the merchant name on your card statement. That tells you whether the charge comes from Apple, Google, or Mindway directly. If Apple or Google processed the payment, Mindway’s support team cannot cancel it. If Mindway processed it, your phone’s subscription settings won’t list anything to cancel.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Mindway entry.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down. A red expiration message means it’s already canceled.
Your premium access continues until the current billing period ends. Apple does not prorate the unused time.1Apple. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

Cancel a Subscription Bought on the Mindway Website
There is no cancel button in your web account dashboard. You must contact Mindway’s support team and ask them to cancel it.5Mindway Help Center. How to Manage Your Subscription Purchased on Our Website
Use the contact form at mindway.app/contact, or email help@mindway.app. Include three things:
- A clear cancellation request, such as “Please cancel my Mindway subscription.”
- The email address on your Mindway account.
- Your original purchase receipt. Mindway asks for the original confirmation email, not a forwarded or cropped version.
Save a copy of the email you send with the date and time. If a dispute comes up later, that record proves when you asked to cancel.6Mindway Help Center. How to Contact the Support Team
After You Cancel
Expect a confirmation email within about a day. Check spam if it doesn’t arrive. For Apple and Google subscriptions, you can also reopen the subscription screen to see the status; a canceled subscription displays the date access ends.
Mindway’s own refund rules are tighter than the app stores’. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, and you must email help@mindway.app within 14 days of purchase with details about the issue and visual proof.7Mindway Help Center. Refunds, Failed Payments, and Billing Issues
If You’re Still Being Charged After Canceling
First, check the timing. Subscription billing often runs a day or two ahead of the renewal date, so a charge posted after you canceled may have been initiated before your request went through.
If the charge is genuinely unauthorized, you have options. For credit cards, federal law lets you dispute billing errors in writing to your card issuer within 60 days of the statement showing the charge.8Federal Trade Commission. Using Credit Cards and Disputing Charges For debit cards or bank account charges, notify your bank as soon as possible. A cancellation confirmation email, a screenshot of the “canceled” status, or a copy of your email to Mindway support makes these disputes much easier to win. Without documentation, you’re relying on the company’s records alone.
