To cancel your Motion Array subscription, log into your account, open My Account, go to Plan & Billing, and work through the Renewal Settings link at the bottom of the Change Plan page. Cancel an Individual Plan
The cancel option isn’t on the main dashboard. It sits a few clicks deep inside billing settings:
- Log in at motionarray.com.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and choose My Account.
- Select Plan & Billing in the left sidebar.
- In the My Subscription section, click the three-dot breadcrumbs icon and choose Change Plan.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Renewal Settings.
- Click Continue to Cancel and follow the prompts.

Cancel a Team or Business Plan
Team plans don’t cancel from the dashboard. Only the team administrator can request it, and the request has to go through Motion Array’s support team. Open the Help Center chat widget in the bottom-right corner of any Motion Array page to start that conversation. What Happens to Your Access
Paid features stay active through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. Cancel on day five of a monthly cycle and you still get the remaining days; Motion Array doesn’t cut you off early and doesn’t issue partial refunds for unused time.2Motion Array. Can I Cancel At Anytime
When the period ends, the account downgrades to free automatically. From that point you can only download assets marked as free, and your access to previously downloaded paid files through your Motion Array account is revoked.3Motion Array. Terms of Service
When You Can Get a Refund
Refunds are narrow. You qualify only if both of these are true: you request the refund within 14 days of your purchase or renewal date, and you haven’t downloaded or generated any assets, used the Motion Array software, or exported a video in that window. Cancelling through the dashboard does not trigger a refund. You have to contact support separately inside the 14 days, using the chat widget or a Help Center request.
Annual subscribers who cancel after the 14-day window, or after downloading anything, get no prorated credit. The full annual fee stands and access simply runs out at the end of the term. What You Can Still Use After Cancelling
Projects you finished and published while your subscription was active stay covered forever. A YouTube video, a client commercial, a social ad created and published as a paid member doesn’t have to come down after you cancel.5Motion Array. Motion Array – How it works
What you lose is the right to use paid assets in anything new. Once your account drops to free, you can’t drop a previously downloaded template or music track into a fresh project. So finish anything in progress before paid access expires. A half-edited video using Motion Array footage and music should be exported and published while you’re still a member. Finalizing it after cancellation puts you outside the license terms.
Do These Two Things First
Download your invoices while you still have full account access. If you deduct the subscription as a business expense, you’ll want the receipts. Click your profile icon, go to My Account, and select Invoices. Team admins find records under My Team Invoices in the same menu. New invoices can take a few hours to generate after a purchase, so if you just renewed and want to cancel immediately, wait for the latest one to appear before you start the cancellation.7Motion Array. Clear any open YouTube Content ID claims too.
